Purchased during Prime Day sales a month ago. It was meant to be the occasional "treat yo-self" kind of tea for an especially bad day or to enjoy an evening to ourselves since it's summer. I went to a wedding and they served this brand (the herbal range); it was great so when I saw the sale it was an immediate purchase for me. My husband and I enjoyed the black currant + orchid vanilla the most. They were smooth even after steeping in hot water, usually there's a bitter aftertaste if I don't cold brew tea. They were enjoyed with mountain gamble honey after steeping for about 5 minutes (I set a timer since I multitask while the tea steeps). I plan on cold brewing the others since English Breakfast and Early Grey are too bitter for me if I steep it in hot water. I'll update my review if it went terrible for a heads up. The box it came in was plastic wrapped sealed and I understand. It's tea and not individually sealed so tiny bits escaped. It's not a whole lot to ruin the tea or affect the taste, it's just something you'll notice and it's inevitable unless each pack is plastic sealed but that might take away the pretty packaging. I took a picture of the box empty to show the little bits that escaped, not a lot but it's there and won't prevent me from recommending it to friends or family. But, this also means you don't want to wait to enjoy the tea since it's not sealed, it is exposed to some air and you'll want to enjoy it while it's still fresh. Since it's been about a month, I'll finish up the remain 4 with my husband over the weekend. ... show more

This set of tea is very pretty and smells great when you open the box. I purchased early as a Christmas gift. I was surprised that the tea box itself was not wrapped in plastic and arrived in a regular amazon box with another item. The items were warm from the sun and there's no way to tell if any moisture in the humid NY Sumer or the heat they may have been exposed to compromised the tea since it is for a gift I hope not. I am a little surprised with at the high price even on sale, that this item wasn't shipped with better care. Perishable or fragile food items should have a better method for shipping and quality assurance from Amazon. ... show more
