My favorite no-crash, all natural energy drink

These taste great, give their profits to a good cause, and use all natural Yerba Mate caffeine. Buying in a 12-can case is WAY cheaper than in-store. Whole Foods sells these at the typical price of $3-4 per can. $24 for 12 cans is a no-brainer. About me: I crash from coffee and tend to have acid reflux from drinking too much tea, and over the years have found Yerba Mate energy drinks to be my holy grail. I find the energy to be smooth on the way up and on the way down, and my stomach doesn't complain. To add an extra boost similar to Celsius energy drinks, I add one drop of liquid methyl-B12 per can. I drink about 1/3 of a can per day leading up to my workouts (I don't need a ton of caffeine). On a side note, the dosage on sublingual B12 drops is absolutely insane - one full syringe is recommended, and provides something like 80,000% of your daily required intake. One drop is enough per day - in fact, less than one drop is enough if you dilute it in an energy drink and keep it in the fridge for a few days. ... show more

Ive been searching for clean energy drinks that use real sugar (not the aspartame and sucralose crap), and also has a relatively short and clean ingredients list - a product that is actually rather difficult to come by. However, this product ticks those boxes to my standard. I love how it's organic and isn't overpowerlingly sweet. That said, I've learned I'm not the biggest fan of yerba mate. Definitely possesses a potent yerbamate flavor for being one of the last ingredients. But I think this is just a me problem. This product works as advertised for energy, is clean and doesn't cause a crash. I can't really complain too much. Update: Edited from one star to a five star because Clean’s customer service reached out and apologized that their products were being destroyed during the shipping process, and they said they are looking into improving their shipping/quality of shipping process. Thanks, Clean! I never had any complaint with your Yerba mates (they’re incredible), only the shipping, and I hope you do consider more padding and smaller boxes when shipping! :) I can’t say enough good things about Clean Yerba mate; I order it all the time and it’s replaced my morning coffee as a caffeine source. However, I’m going to have to stop ordering because they keep shipping in giant boxes that are way too big and they arrive damaged. This time several of the cans weren’t even in box/plastic anymore and one had burst and leaked over all the others. Great option

I really like these - I used to drink monsters and just felt that on some level while they were not terrible for me they were not ideal as an energy drink since I’m a health concious person. These are way better for me personally - no weird tweaking or side effects, all organic so no glyphosate and good for the planet, and a great cause to support as well. The zero ones have a ways to go on taste but these regular ones are still super low in calories and I think they’re delicious. Research supports that they can help you burn more fat during workouts as well - strongly recommend!
