Now that I look at the reviews I see I’m not the only one who’s had this issue. It came with a shattered lid(into million tiny pieces) It is super fragile. It makes no sense because it’s not a decorative item. So essentially it’s unusable. Wouldn’t gift it to anyone either because 9/10 it seems like it get delivered broken. Not ok at all. ... show more

This gift was ideal for making that perfect cup of iced tea until the bottom pitcher got cracks in the glass with only 3 months of use. Started with two tiny cracks and now there are more cracks that are getting larger, making this a safety issue. I will dispose of it before it completely shatters.
