Spent a lot of money on ingredients for multiple family pizza nights after purchasing this Caputo yeast. All along I thought I was doing something wrong because the dough wasn’t rising… after multiple attempts and a lot of money and time spend on pizzas - I finally went to the local whole food last and purchased a new can of Caputo yeast. The local can I purchased worked great!! Full rise tasty pizza dough!! I am very disappointed that I wasted time and money on expensive toppings and homemade sauces etc with this dead can of yeast!!!!
