we thought we would order this tv one more time., this is the second 2 tv we ordered from them . they toll us that we would have put it back in the box, we had to drag it down the stairs after we had them to take it up stairs., my wife and i had a heard time doing this because of health problems ., we plug it up and it would not come on , they said it was new ,. i liked the format of the tv ,. we will see if this second one will work. i will let you know if this one will work. at this point a bad deal if it does not work i will never order another one from amazon again , so far a bad deal the new one should be hear tomorrow ., we will see.............. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Edit: After leaving this review a representative gave me a call and offered to send me a replacement so I don't have to wait for TCL's awful customer service to remedy my issue. I'm changing to 4 stars for now. I thought this looked like a great deal on Black Friday, and for the first few weeks of ownership I was right, but then one day I turned on the TV and it was stuck on the loading screen. I tried everything Amazon support asked me to do, but they ultimately were not helpful. Also, they were not very good at communicating with me and they kept transferring me, ultimately to three different people before telling me that id just need to call TCL. I called TCL, they forced me to talk to their chat bot which asked me to try all the same things that Amazon asked me to do already before they would let me talk to a person. The person then made me try all the same things A THIRD TIME! After that the TCL support person had me go through the hassle of filing a claim. After the claim was filed TCL called me back to let me know that they are sending someone to my house to take a look and try to repair the TV and it will take up to two weeks. This TV will break on you and then you'll be stuck in a big support hassle. This is not worth it. DO NOT BUY!!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is the 65 inch tv, I personally didn’t know just how big it would be but it is huge! It was the perfect size for my living room and unlike other reviews my remote had no lag in response to the tv. If the picture quality isn’t up to your standard you can always adjust them yourself. The picture quality is amazing and is very smooth. The sound is average, nothing bad at all but not over the top amazing to me at least. I put a reference picture of what it looked like when delivered to my door, again, HUGE!! The setup was very easy as well. For a 65 inch tv the price and quality of is is AMAZING! If the other reviews have you unsure of this tv, they sure had me questioning my purchase, but after receiving it I’m so glad I bought it ... show more

Great tv and picture. Took me a little bit to figure it out but love that they brought it in and set it all up even hooked up all my cables I had on my old TV. They even took the box which I was unsure about but was one less thing I had to worry about.
