Works great & easy to add to my internet. It seems really flimsy ( very light weight!!) so I was very careful removing from the box & putting it onto the stand. It has a see through tape about an inch on the screen onto the black frame. I started to remove it but felt it would ruin the screen so it remains on the screen with no issues. I have not used the talking feature, not for me. Bought this under $100 on amazon prime deals. It seems that's the going price. The 40" screen is great for the bedrooms or most anywhere that has a stable table - hmm poetry?

I had previously purchased two Insignia non smart tvs for my travel trailer which were spectacular. Years ago, I purchased Viseo 22 inch for my bedroom. I wanted to use it for my antenna. Using it for anything was a nightmare. Insignia popped up on Prime day so i decided to throw in the towell on the Viseo nightmar2. This TV is wonderful. Picture is great, so easy to set up for wifi and antenna. Took longer to get the film off than be connected to my streaming stuff and favorite antenna channels. The ease of use between easy set up, great remote and Alexa option is woderful. My only complaint is that I couldn't get the remote open to install the batteries. This was not addressed in the set up instructions. Tons of you tube videos on it, so a common frustration. You can't go wrong with this, huge value!

This tv was bought for my bedridden mom to have something to entertain her. It was easy to install on a wall mount and works great with the dvd player, my cable box, and I was able to pull up a Prime video. Great picture quality, too.

This is a GREAT tv for the PRICE. The picture quality is what you would expect for the price. It came with amazon remote so if you are familiar with that it's easy to use! It does have some lag but I expect that with the $100 price tag. It was bought for our kids room so if they break it, it was only $100. Can't complain about the color quality and functionality but you get what you pay for! Don't expect luxury quality for this tv but it does its job for our kids! Will update if the tv fails to survive!

Both the quality of this product and the complete lack of customer support I have received throughout this ongoing ordeal has been terrible. Around Christmas, I purchased this TV for my son because he didn’t need anything fancy. From the beginning, the picture was distorted and overly colorful unless we went into settings to manually adjust it. Every time the channel changed or a commercial came on, the issue would return. Despite these issues, we tried to make it work, but ultimately ended up exchanging it. The second TV I received was broken upon arrival. Fortunately, this return process went smooth. However, the third replacement worked for a while and then began having sound issues. The audio would only return after performing a hard reset—and even then, only temporarily. I attempted to return this defective TV as well, but ran into repeated roadblocks due to not having the original shipping materials. When I contacted support, I clearly explained that I did not have the original shipping materials and was exhausted from repeatedly returning broken products. I was given no viable solution or meaningful help. I then drove to the local Best Buy store, where I was told the return could not be completed there and I needed to go to UPS. Even though the return label said I could return in store and was confirmed via email with BestBuy. While there I inquired about shipping materials and the store staff assured me UPS would provide packaging materials at no extra charge. This turned out to be false. At UPS, I was told there would be a cost. I called Best Buy customer support again, now having wasted my day going back and forth. I explained my situation and asked several times to speak with a manager after 45 minutes of no resolution. Not only was my request denied, but the support agent ultimately hung up on me in frustration. After being treated so poorly, I returned to the store one final time where—after another round of explaining and waiting—the return was finally completed. Ironic. The overall experience has been exhausting, disorganized, and disappointing. I’ve spent time, energy, and money trying to fix problems with products that never should have failed in the first place. There was no accountability from the support team, and I was repeatedly misinformed, dismissed, and left to resolve issues on my own. All this hassle is not worth the savings I thought I’d have.

I had purchased the prior model of this TV for my wife's bedroom and was impressed with the picture quality and sound. So, when this one became available on Prime Day, I snatched it up. The picture and sound quality are great. The only con I have is that like many TV's the speakers face downward rather than frontward facing the audience. Just having to turn the sound volume up to hear it better is a minor issue. Highly recommend this TV if it is on sale.

I am so impressed with this TV. I got it on a prime Day deal and it was so worth it! I've never owned a fire tv device, but I think I'm going to switch from Roku and Google to Fire TV. The picture is excellent and it is surprisingly quick when navigating the menus. Highly recommend

This tv is great. We got it for our workout room and have been really happy with it. Lightweight, easy set up, and a nice picture. If we were using it anywhere else in the house, we’d probably hook up a sound bar for better quality, but the built in speakers work well for our current space.
