The TV arrived very fast , deadline was 07/07 arrived on 02/07, 120v ( does not change the operation, here in Rio de Janeiro is 127v) , all the app ́s were installed successfully, the only one that stayed in English was Spotify for not giving enough support, because the TV comes with English or Spanish in the native language in the Fire OS system. After configured it worked very well, resolution ok. For those who are from Brazil have to buy a terrestrial receiver in the ISDB-T standard that transforms old televisions into devices capable of tuning open channels in high definition (Globo, SBT and etc ), this for those who want open channels, digital channels, I used the KA-1998 of Kapbom purchased in the ML. Once that is done, for me, it has already solved everything. Many options through Menu, BT and Wi Fi, etc. I chose to buy by Amazon, because you will find even cheaper in other places, but I do not trust their "process" and deadlines, the choice is yours. I didn't find a 32" TV with Fire TV system here in Brazil, anyway, qq thing just ask. ... show more

THIS TV IS SUPER GOOD!! i bought this tv about 3 months ago and it still works AMAZING. its super easy to use and to understand. the sound is crispy and smooth. its pretty bright sometimes i wish you could turn down the brightness. the graphics are great and crisp. but the remote you dont have to point at the tv to work and sometimes thats pretty annoying because sometimes when im sleeping i roll over the remote and it turns on the tv and starts playing the tv and it wakes me up . _ . but anyways great tv. ... show more

This 32 inch FHD Hisense Fire TV is excellent! The picture is as good as my 55inch curved Samsung 4K UHD TV! Now that is given the smaller screen size, I think if the screen were 55 inches it would not be comparable. This TV is for my husband who is now bedridden. I can enjoy the TV while watching with him and I was not so certain that would be the case. Additionally the volume can really be adjusted to screaming loud! I know because we sometimes listen to music on YouTube and it goes louder than my Samsung for sure. The TV could not be easier to set up, we have added all of our streaming media apps, with little to no effort at all! We have WiFi, and I believe you need that to enjoy all of the functions and connectivity. My husband is so happy as he really cannot do very much more than enjoy good food and good TV. For our small bedroom this 32 inch screen is perfect, any larger would just be too big. It is so easy to use (even has a voice button that works great) I wish we could afford to buy a big one for the living room. All of your apps show up on the main screen and there is no lag time whatsoever! That voice button is a game changer for my husband who has vision and memory issues. Remembering to hold down the little blue button at the top of the remote and simply ask for what he wants is perfect, cuts down on search time for me too. Why would you type to search when you can just speak to do so? We live this TV! Just want to add what an absolute joy this tv is for my husband! The Alexa remote make everything so easy for him. If he cannot sleep at night he can ask the time, turn the sound up or down and find anything his little heart desires to watch or listen to. He falls back to sleep more easily and doesn’t need to turn any lights on. My husband was a DJ back in the 1970’s -2000’s…well he’s his own TV DJ now! It may sound crazy, but with limited capabilities this TV is a blessing! ... show more

NOTE: Beyond the review I submitted below, I have to take one star off for two reasons. 1. It seems like the sound drops off if you let the TV go to sleep then wake it back up later. To get the sound back you just have to go into the side menu, select Sound, then change your sound setting and it comes right back. 2. I can see a bit of a white hot spot along the top edge on the right side of the screen. Not terrible, but noticeable when watching widescreen movies. I would return/exchange this TV but I can't get another in where I live without a hassle so just going to live with these two issues until I move out or sell it to someone else..... I guess in the end I have to give this TV 4 stars. I wish now I would have bought a Roku TV instead. Seems that if you buy a Fire TV it expects to always be connected to the internet and streaming but where I'm at right now I can't. Typical Amazon remote, which I guess I don't have a lot of complaints about. Very light weight. Menus are pretty intuitive. One thing I wish it had that a Roku TV has is the "resume" feature when you're watching movies or TV from a data stick. I miss that from other TVs. Picture quality is excellent. USB port is labeled "2.0" but it is compatible with 3.0 sticks. You just have to back out to the Main Menu and go back in. TV Favorites function is also a bit weak over the Roku TV. We have a secured wifi here I can't access and the minute I tried to connect the TV would bug me every 6 minutes like clockwork trying to connect interrupting what I was watching. There's no "forget" function in the wifi, so you have to go in again and "cancel" or "back out" of the selection to try to get the TV to stop bugging you. I can't argue for the price and free shipping, especially since this TV is 1080p versus 720p but not sure if I would even notice the difference. Given the option, go with the Roku. But based on price, this is still a very good TV. ... show more

Took longer to open box than it took to set it up. If you have Amazon Prime and WiFi, it automatically connect to the same programs that I have on my large TV in the living room. In my bed room, I don’t have cable but you don’t need it to view all the Prime and Premium channels. If you want local channels and will not connect it to cable, then do what I did. I purchased a device to screw into back of tv and because it has a long wire, I placed it in my window and get all local channels and more. They can be bought on Amazon for as little as $10.00. The picture is clear and color is beautiful. I highly recommend and would buy again. ... show more

Great TV. I needed to replace my computer monitors and wanted 32" size. I bought 3 of them because of the work I do. Easy set up. Don't need them connected to the internet so just bypassed that on setup. Color is great, can't talk about sound because I have external speakers hooked up. I did though not use the mount provided because I wanted them at eye level for working but n problem using a different mount. ... show more

This is a replacement 32” tv for my kitchen for under $100! In the same space under my cabinet, this TV has a much bigger screen than previously fit with my 15-year-old Samsung 780p. Fios runs fine on my HDMI1 input port and all the other apps run natively. The picture is good. The sound is good.The remote is good.
