Excellent purchase--best TV ever, seriously!!

This is the best TV I've ever owned. Easy setup (I'm a techie, but my hubby isn't, and he could have done it very easily!), intuitive interface, great remote, excellent image, responsive as can be--it's instant! Even with dark scenes I can see great! I don't use voice commands, so I'm not sure how that works, but given everything else, I don't think it would be a problem. I am so thrilled I bought this, I can't believe I didn't do it earlier, but I did get it as all great deal during Prime Day sales. I'd still splurge if I needed another one at any time. It's well worth the money. The only thing I have an issue with (and it's what I detest about every single TV made today) is that the speakers are on the back of the TV. I don't understand this because sound should move toward the viewer, not a wall. It's absolutely idiotic to send sound to a sound blocker (the wall) instead of to the viewer (forward). But every TV does this now, so it's not like it's an individual TV problem, just a design issue overall. I've purchased a soundbar, so I'm sure that will fix the problem. Being hard of hearing makes this more of a problem for me than possibly every viewer, but it requires the purchase of a soundbar. So I've purchased one, and I'm sure that will fix the sound problems. That said, again it's a design problem with every TV out there, but sound is not as good as I'd like it, but it's not horrible. Picture is crisp and beautiful. I can't believe I was watching such dull TV before. It's so different with this TV! Definitely recommend, but I also recommend a soundbar as well if you really want sound as great as picture.

Very nice TV for a bedroom, work area, or RV.

Nice TV. We were V***o buyers for many years but were impressed w/ an Insignia that we purchased for an RV. Picture quality and ease of set-up have been great and so far all Insignia TVs we've gotten have been reliable and high quality. It seems that all of the LED TVs suffer from poor sound quality because of tiny speakers. This particular model seems to be better in that department and it is evident, when looking at the back, that the manufacturer attempted to improve the sound quality buy building in more room for larger speakers. It worked, we won't be adding a sound bar to this one.

Great TV for the price

Bought this for my room and I'm happy with it. Picture looks clean and sharp, setup was easy and fast. The Fire TV interface is smooth, apps load quick, and the sound is solid for a 32 inch. Honestly can't beat it for this price.

Sharp Crisp Clear

Exceptional picture sharp crisp clear. Easy initial setup. The Fire Tv interface is nice a bit slower going from app to app or choosing options compared to the Fire Cube . However the software of the TV integrates well with my Amazon Prime subscription as does the Cube. Awesome software coming of age. I purchased this to suit another room with this small 32" size. Alexa model is comand only no conversation or inquiries like wireless alexa voice like the cube. Works better than expected. I would recommend

So far this tv has been great. The sound and picture are perfect for a small bedroom. Because of the tv being and amazon there was no trying to figure out av's and having different remotes. Very easy to work and download what you need

Great little tv

Amazing price. Picture is great and runs pretty smooth. Loaded all my apps on here now can watch anything with great picture. Perfect size for bedroom. Speakers are not the best but for the price and size they are more than enough. Delivered 3 days early

Excellent TV - Wrong delivery

Well pleased with this TV so far. This is my first smart TV so I'm still getting used to it. Setup was straightforward and not complicated. The item was delivered quickly - earlier than originally scheduled. My only complaint is not with the TV but with delivery. FEDEX delivered this item but not to the clearly identified address on the package. It was delivered to an apartment complex about 1/4 mile away from the address on the package. Since it was early, I wasn't looking for it and wouldn't have known it had been delivered. Fortunately for me, an apartment complex employee delivered it to my door.

it's a 3 star tv. nothing crazy or top of the line. gets 4 stars for the price that i got it at.. could use a lil more RAM in general but overall does what it needs to do. if you are a heavy user and use a lot of apps tho, it will be slow in response. picture/clarity is 4 star
