I love it! Makes great coffee! Better than most others. The programming is much easier to set up and coffee is always perfectly hot. The iced coffee setting is incredible on those very hot days. Bonus the built in filter never browns or discolors! ❤️☕️

Awful! The coffee maker was wobbly but most important very dirty! There is no doubt in my mind it was used and then returned! Very cheaply made as well! The bottom plastic was wavy as if it had water damage. That's probably why so wobbly!

First off they sent me a 12 cup one instead of the 14 cup I requested! So tired of orders being changed after I hit submit! Second of all it was small and cheaply made!

It makes good coffee, but the directions are poor! I tried to ask a question to the company but was not able to do so. I still don’t understand how the iced coffee feature works. It is one of the reasons I bought this coffee maker. It is nice and compact, and I haven’t used it yet, but hopefully the self cleaning feature works well.
