Easy to use, makes good coffee in a reasonable time, keeps track of pots to remind me of cleaning. Instructions are very clear. Looks good. Cons - the water fill gauge is easy to see, but not when actually filling the machine. Because of where mine is located, I can actually see through the gauge from inside, at least when nearly full, but some of that is because of my under counter lighting. - There is a lot of plastic. The machine seems sturdy enough, and the machine was very affordable. All in all, a very nice, affordable and capable coffee machine. I would not want a home machine with a reservoir, unless it was a single pot-full. I am the only coffee drinker in the house normally, and only make a full pot every other day.

My coffee tastes better from this maker, it is fast compared to my former one / brews 10 cups in less than 8 minutes. It looks good , is easy to use, programable, and even has a self cleaning setting. It takes less counter space than most like it and was directly shipped by Amazon drivers who somehow gets your packages to you in a flash and delivered with care.

OVerall it is very good. I love the compact size. It makes a full 10-12 cups and easily fits under the counter and the coffee is good. However, it is extremely slow- it takes a good 15-20 to brew a pot and worst of all, it is very hard to fill. The opening to pour the water is very small and water runs out all over the counter and floor. I ordered a pitcher with a spout and am hoping that will help. Otherwise it is very good and I do like it.

Pros: 1 - Produces very good tasting coffee by my judgment. 2 - At only 12 in tall it is small enough to fit into a lot of places that other coffee makers won't fit. For me this is a big advantage because I can place the coffee maker in a place that I could not place other coffee makers because they would be too tall. 3 - Blue light blinks when the brewing process is going on, goes solid when the brewing process is complete and stays on for 2 hours and that is as long as the heater keeps the coffee in the carafe warm. You can still take the carafe out and pour coffee while coffee is brewing without dripping coffee from the Brewer. 4 - Once coffee brewing is finished there is a blue light that is solid and will stay on for 2 hours at which time the warmer shuts off. 5 - The coffee maker permeates the coffee more evenly because it sprays the hot water in multiple jets onto the coffee. 6 - The display is lit all the time and clearly shows the time and whether or not it's programmed for automatic coffee production at a given time. 7 - There is a coffee strength button so if you want a stronger brew you simply select that. 8 - The carafe has a very large handle that makes it easy to hold the carafe and pour coffee. Especially useful for a full pot which will be heavier. 9 - Comes with a reusable coffee basket with a handle which saves the cost of coffee filters although filters can be used if desired. 10 - The coffee basket cleans up very easily under running water. 11 - Has a built-in clean mode for the coffee maker which can be used when needed. 12 - Very easy to program for automatic coffee making. 13 The internal clock seems to keep pretty good time. Cons - 1 - No beep to let you know that coffee brewing has completed. However the blue light goes from blinking to solid which gives you a visual indication of completion. 2 - I find the measuring spoon to be superfluous and unnecessary. Basically for my tastes I figure a full cup of ground coffee for 12 cups of water and a half cup of ground coffee for 6 cups. Plan on updating the review if the unit fails within a short period of time. Not expecting it to fail however.

The product does what it's supposed to. However, these things I don't like: * Water container is blocked by the sprayer in the middle, making it hard to pour water into receptacle without spilling or needing a funnel. * Somehow coffee grounds get all over the filter holder at top edge. * Most irritating is the pot itself refuses to pour without a portion of your coffee running down the side of the mug. Mess everytime. I somewhat remedy this with a knife or straw at the pour spot to guide water. In general, this is yet another cheap plastic product. Rather than using a reliable durable metal, we get plastic. This seems to be unavoidable without making your own coffee maker unfortunately. I did not have these problems with the Mr Coffee maker. However, I had to scrap the working Mr Coffee maker because I couldn't find a compatible decanter. Amazon sold me one that was too short which then allowed the flow to continue when the pot was removed.

My coffee cup size is 16 oz. That's how much coffee I make each time I want a cup of coffee. True coffee drinkers make enough for each time they want a cup. Coffee that sits more than 20 minutes contains sediment which affects the taste considerably. The video reviews from customers for this product are in very poor taste. Not worth your time. Each amount of coffee that I brew is always hot enough so my mouth doesn't get scalded. For those of you that like scalding coffee put it in the microwave. The speed at which it is brewed is fine. I like having the reusable filter. I don't have a problem with leakage, guess it's all in the way that you pour it. I am very happy with this choice, beats a Mr. C machine any day. All of the features work. A few people have said that the machine doesn't go on, check your circuit breaker. Coffee makers and microwaves have a tendency of tripping the circuit. It has been about a month, I noticed the clean light blinking. I cleaned out the reusable filter, filled a pot with water and a few teaspoons of white vinegar and poured it into the unit like I was going to make a pot of coffee. Pressed the clean button that was blinking and the unit began the cleaning process. I could not be happier with this purchase. A smaller unit that works quite well, better than expected.
