Disappointed and frustrated!!!! Reel arrived on time before upcoming fishing tournament. Out of the box the reel is a lemon, cultch bar disengage properly but does not engage when handle is turn.

    • The one I received was broken
The reel itself, probably, is good. But there was no chance to enjoy it cause reel I have received was broken and doesn't work properly. The spool does not rotate freely, something is interfering with it and it makes a noise, and finally it was impossible even to wind the fishing line.
