This numbing cream worked pretty good on a small tattoo that I got on my hand. I applied this cream to the area that I was getting the tattoo on a couple of hours before I got it and I did not have hardly any pain. I have a few tats and they hurt and I didn't use any cream before them so I can say that this cream does what it claims to do. I would definitely reorder this in the future if I was getting a new tat. I hope my review has been helpful for you.

Okay, so I finally tried this numbing cream for my forearm tattoo, and honestly, it was pretty good! It started working way faster than I thought – felt it in like 5 minutes. The whole tattooing process was way less of a pain than usual, and the cream lasted the whole time, about 4 hours for me. Plus, I think it helped with healing. My skin didn't get as dry and itchy as it did with my last tattoo. And no greasy mess, which is a win in my book. Super glad it's all natural and cruelty-free too. Definitely made my tattoo experience a lot smoother!

I was hoping this would work better than it did. I sometimes burn myself while baking and was hoping this would work like some of the lidocaine sprays and numb the pain a bit while it heals but it didn't seem to numb near as well as the spray I used recently. I would say it is better than nothing but not by much. For a tattoo it might be fine but I've never had a tattoo so I don't know the pain levels from them.

The active ingredient in this numbing cream is 5% Lidocaine. It is a thick cream that isn’t greasy. It has a menthol scent, and feels cool on my skin. I haven’t had a tattoo recently. However, I applied some to my upper arm before getting a flu vaccine. I didn’t feel the needle, so I’d say the numbing effect worked for me.
