Do not order this chair. The back rest is adjusted and is fixed into a plastic type mechanism to adjust recline setting. It slips does not hold and falls. The chair back gave way and the plastic mechanism did not catch resulting in my client falling backwards off of the bed because it slipped and did not catch. She slipped completely backwards landing on her head. I reached out with no response. I want a total refund. Do not buy this chair. ... show more

The chair seemed so nice when I put it together, however it's not level. It's on the base as far as it will go but is visibly higher on one side. No matter what's adjusted the seat does not sit level on the base. The floor is level and base is level but seat is not.
