The media could not be loaded. I was a bit hesitant about this, thought I give it a try as I been having some back pain & breathing problems. This works great! Exactly as if I was in the sauna after the gym! It produces a lot of steam, I keep the setting at #5 which is the middle, give it about 10-15 min to warm up and then get in, the steam machine is powerful! Remember to run the steam machine a few times before using it, it says it in the manual, at first I did it with the "tent" closed but you should do it with it open, at least 3 times so the smell from the plastic goes away. when I first saw the chair I laughed cause it was tiny but it actually works great and it's comfortable enough to sit on it for 15 min. Recommended usage of sauna around 15 min per day ideally 3-4 times a week. Helps with repository issues, immune system, blood pressure, skin, pretty much everything! For now is temporarily in the bedroom but will be moving it in the bathroom, I just didn't realize it was not gonna fit through my door! Haha...I've been using it often so been lazy to disassemble it although its very very easy to do so. ... show more

Very easy to set up and use. I use lavender and eucalyptus oils while sitting in it for 15 minutes on a daily basis. Makes me feel great!

Absolutely fantastic sauna box. Having learned that saunas helps to reduce stress and inflammation in your body. I have been going to steam rooms for years now and finally have my own home steam room. I use mine to wind down and relax.
