This is nice, but it takes a while to heat up. Had an old one that worked better, but recieved complaints about burning/causing burns. On this one, it’s more of a comfortable temperature. You can tell they put a safety feature on the heat level, which is good because it doesn’t burn but bad because it takes longer to sweat like intended. The fix is to stay in longer and be active prior to getting in. That makes this worth it. The less clothes the more effective but you will have to take it apart to clean it & let it dry after use. Can’t get temperature at a good spot to sweat. Very relaxing. Some issues with not knowing which temp control is for top or bottom. Plug in is near the feet which is awkward too. This was a gift, I think there are better ones out there

I love it, it’s nice because you can just relax alone and don’t have to worry about being at the gym with others. It does get pretty hot 🥵 and after a few minutes you can feel the sweat. I recommend getting the liners for it, it makes for an easy clean up.

It’s hard to consider it a “sauna”, more like a warm dome, because it doesn’t get hot enough for you to start sweating for at least an hour. So if you have extra time to waste laying in there for over an hour to even begin sweating, this item is for you.

Worked well for a few uses but then it started beeping ten minutes into the time I’d used it every time. They sent me a new one and the new one beeps nonstop too. Not worth it.
