It just showed last evening. There was some difficulty in trying to bolt it together, but not something that is worth noting about. I was more concerned about how hard it was going to be to put the fabric cover on. I shouldn't have worried, it slipped on with no issues. I'm a big guy and was looking forward to sleeping on it and too see how much noise it would produce with my considerable girth rolling around on top of it. So far it was very quiet. My biggest problem was that it was just a little bit wider than my original Hollywood bed frame. So before you place your order, please make sure that it will fit between the rails of whatever bed platform you have.

Kit was very easy to assemble with just a ratchet wrench to quicken the process. I specifically choose this box spring because of the dark side Cover (in lieu of a bedskirt) but it only covers the top & sides held with elastic underneath. Very pleased with this transaction & it shipped quickly.

The overall setup was easy... but cumbersome. I had previous experience with the Amazon Basics Box Spring and can tell you that in comparison the setup was much more work with lower quality parts, tools, and outcome as additional headache. The fabric cover does not completely enclose the metal platform like most other box springs. The fabric seemed extremely thin and easy to rip/tear. The biggest problem I had with this was that they designed it in a way that there were screw heads face down sticking out against the bed frame. Thus, causing it to instantly scratch/dent the bedframe. All four sides of our bedframe were scratched/dented due to the box spring, we didn't even have it on for more than 10 minutes before noticing. I would strongly advise anyone to refrain from purchasing and tell you that the Amazon Basics Smart Box Spring is absolutely incredible in comparison to this poorly designed product.
