I think this is the single best item that you can buy if you use your oculus for working out. I used to have to clean the foam padding around the oculus thoroughly after every work out. Even then it would take forever to dry off. It just felt like a moist sponge marinating on my face...and just imagining all the bacteria that’s growing in there just grossed me out. These silicone guards are the absolute best. They are soft and gentle on your skin. The sweating is not an issue anymore either as it kind of just drips down my face instead of getting stuck in my lenses in fogging everything up. These are an absolute must! Don’t normally write reviews, but this product has blown my mind! Not sure how it works honestly, but the sweat just wicks away down the sides of my face and experience no fogging of lenses or any sweat getting into the goggles. Super easy to “install” as it just goes on top of the current foam and adds some comfort. Can play beat saber for hours without sweat/fogging being an issue! The VR Silicone Cover is without a doubt a lifesaver when working out. Not only does it save the original padding of the oculus from getting worn out but it also saves the time having to clean up your sweat afterward. I know it's grossed but it's better than having bacteria form over time on your Quest. It's easy to clean, washable, and does not irritate the skin. I highly recommend this even for casual play especially if you are sharing the oculus between friends! ... show more

Well.....they are really thin pieces of silicone. I put one on for a game of Demeo that lasted over an hour......and they began to stick to my face. Gross. For casual play....just no. The normal material is just fine. If you're going to sweat? Like playing Supernatural? Put it on...play....then take it off. It'll protect the material from your sweat but that's it. So if you're not planning on sweating with Occulus.....don't bother. ... show more

Sure it might keep the sweat off the Oculus, but it just rolls down my face. If you want it for different players just to keep it a little cleaner, it will work, but not for sweating. I do the boxing app and sweat a lot and I can’t use this product for that. If I could give negative stars for wicking away moisture I would. This was so disappointing. Using this during a workout and had sweat trickling into eye pieces. Headset got slick and even with my upgraded head brace it was slipping all over. The original stock pad absorbs. These get slick and hold nothing so I had to change back to the original pad. I had really hoped for better. Buyer beware. ... show more

    • I'm pretty sure these were advertised as pads, they are not. Lite weight rubber like covering.

I like the feel, it' almost always feels cool, however, while it tends to stay in place, there is nothing holding it there. It help's, the feel of the headset, however, I think it's a little high in the price. I just don't feel like returning them...
