Works great. One star reduction is because it does not come with a storage case. Instead, there is a cloth bag in which only the device fits in - leaving the cuff and air hose dangling in a disorganized mess. Being one of the more expensive models in Amazon, I would expect some usable storage container. The last blood pressure machine we had came with a nice zippered container. I don’t need a zipper but if the cloth bag were large enough to contain the entire contraption, I would be happy.
