No shower in the house while remodeling, so I got this. Works amazing, hooked it to the garden hose and we shower perfectly outside. Temperature seems accurate and pressure is as it should be to my water pressure of the house.

Everything lined up all the way to the end until I went to attach the garden hose to it, and there's two male ends. You need a hose with two female ends to work this from a regular garden hose because the provided fitting it male. Obviously, thats not normal. Even their instructions show a hose with two female ends. Im just going to run it from pex now. ... show more

This unit does what it promises: provides hot water without extra drama. Installation is straightforward, footprint is tidy, and day to day operation is easy. In addition, the heater is quiet and simple to use. For a small home, a campsite, small stock tank hot tub, or a guest suite it will work great. Performance is adequate. It heats up at a reasonable rate and keeps showers comfortable. That being said it’s not built for running multiple high-demand fixtures at once. Build quality feels decent. It's more “practical” than premium and there aren’t many bells or whistles (no app, no fancy modes), which some will see as a plus(like me.) If you want a compact, reliable, budget friendly unit this is a great pick. If you need larger quantities of hot water, smart features, or capacity for heavy simultaneous use, you’ll want to step up a tier. ... show more

A noticeable improvement over my previous Camplux. I paired it with an EV charger case for weather protection, and it performs flawlessly. I’m especially looking forward to using it during the Texas winter after the hot tub.

It’s small, light and easy to carry around. The setup is very easy, and it gives hot water almost instantly. May be takes less than 15 minutes. I also like that it has a safety features like protection from overheating and freezing, so I don’t have to worry about it getting damaged or any accidents.     • It works!
I thought a number of these cheaper and propane hot water heaters. The funny thing is if you hook up a garden hose to them they don't leak and they work fine but when you're trying to hook up half inch PEX to them you have to use the rubber washers inside and tighten the hell out of them and the ones that are not made well often the outlet will snap. This one is made a little better than most of the ones on the cheaper end and you can tighten it a great deal without breaking it. I was able to hook it up with no leaks and it worked instantly and stays running and that's really all you can ask. ... show more

With the weather cooling I've been looking to upgrade my camping setup. This propane water heater fit the bill. Small size makes it easy to transport and seems well built. Going camping in a few weeks for the first time of the season so looking forward to testing it out!
