The media could not be loaded. We are so excited about our new water heater. It arrived quickly and safely since it was packaged well. The best feature of a tankless water heater is that they are more energy-efficient than traditional water heaters because they only heat the water when needed, reducing energy waste. The design of this water heater is slim and compact, making it perfect for use in an RV or boat. It provides quick hot water with the use of a propane tank. It works just like a regular water heater & mixes easily with cold water. If you want to conserve water while using it you can turn off your shower or sink and lather up and turn it back on. The cool thing about this unit is that the water maintained a warm temp even when shutting it off. You can also set your temps ahead of time so that its ready to go when you want to use it and has the perfect temperature when you turn on your water. It is impressive that it doesn’t seem to be affected by the water source. So if its super cold or warm it doesn’t affect the pre-set temperature. This is extremely important when traveling in the desert to colder climates. The instructions are detailed and clear making installation super easy. It can be easily drained to store for later use. This unit is making our life so much more enjoyable on our family trips. We love it!

These heaters have been great during the weeks of below 0° nights. We have two keeping buckets warm and use the water to top off the buckets in the stalls at night. The low voltage is perfect.

I used the product on an extremely cold day and followed the directions for winter usage setting. I hooked a hose water supply to it as directed using the fittings provided and then another hose for car washing with the fittings provided- the water certainly became hot and worked well but when i looked back at the heater after several minutes of usage to rinse the vehicle - i saw that it was burning itself up and i stopped using it as i thought it might be hazardous to continue. dissapointed as it was working providing warm water on a frigid day.

This water heater arrived well protected, intact, and in new condition. The instruction appear both professionally produced and adequately written. It is informative and helpful. The water heater itself looks clean. The kobs all turn pretty smoothly. I like how there is a setting for Winter and Summer. Overall, I am happy with this water heater.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this and tested it outside of my home. I was able to connect my hose and a propane tank to test this out. The water that was coming out of my hose was cold and would definitely be uncomfortable to shower with. However, with this heater, I was able to connect everything and as soon as I turned the water on, almost instantly I got warm water. I allowed the water to run for about 5 minutes and throughout the whole time, I was able to have warm water throughout the whole time. I kept this installed and we had a pool party that weekend. I was able to have people shower off the chlorine outside and all throughout people kept saying that the water was nice and warm, similar to taking a shower at their home. I have since used this while camping and again, warm water throughout the whole time using it. The only thing I can suggest is to read the instructions because it can get a bit confusing when you've never installed anything like this before, like I have.
