So weigh the pros and the cons with this item. The design is good with no surprises, and it has not had any issues with about two weeks of use. Installation was a breeze especially since I was replacing a similarly sized unit. So now maybe the not so good points. And they are not bad unless you want them to be. The max temperature setting is 150 degrees F not the 167 or so specified in the product description. That's not a real issue unless you are using this unit for hydronic heat or some such. Tech support may give you a method to bypass this feature, but I did not ask. Speaking of Tech support, you may not be too happy. I am a do-it-yourselfer. I examined the interior of this heater and I like it. Good design. Basic. Functional. But absolutely generic. No manufacturer identified and the manual does not provide any information about replacement parts availability. I exchanged emails with the seller (which they did not seem to understand) on this subject of parts availability and the bottom line appears to be when and if you have a problem, you have to go through the seller at Amazon. Not an issue unless you want it to be. I am happy with this purchase, but I would hesitate to do it again.

Thankless water heater work great has constant hot water just the way I like it. Instalation was a piece of Cake Takes a lot less space made for more Storage just have to keep a clear space around the Heater

After installing the unit no matter what we tried it simply wouldn’t work. Had gas , had water and power but it wouldn’t ignite. I can see why they don’t make them returnable but after contacting a very nice lady at Amazon customer care she refunded the purchase price and took excellent care of us.

I've only been using this for a couple of days, but I'm very impressed. This was an upgrade from my previous tankless, which I had to tinker with multiple time per year because it lacked a temperature setpoint. A 2.5" diameter exhaust pipe worked well for a 1 foot extension.

The media could not be loaded. We bought it in July and in December it's not heating water and you can forget a refund, or any customer service. Don't trust Amazon's affiliates with a bigger purchases.
