My original purchase from a different vendor did not work. They sent a replacement. The replacement didn’t work. This unit I ordered, which is a different vendor looks very similar to the first one except for the knobs are a little different and it’s only a 14 L versus a 16 L I had originally ordered. Assembly was the same and it worked perfectly. I was amazed how quickly the water got hot. The water has to be running for the burner to turn on and the display the light up as soon as you push the off button on shower wand the display goes out and the burner stops. But as soon as you turn the water back on it turns back on. The only thing you may need is a half inch to garden hose brass adapter and some plumbing tape and I put an on off garden valve right near the input so I can shut the water off. I am think I’ll be happy with this product and I hope it last.

Exactly the replacement I needed for my outdoor shower. I’ve have one of these by my pool deck for years and they are great. Uses a little propane, but gets hot FAST and provides plenty of hot water for a quick shower before or after swimming. My last one froze over the winter, but this one dropped right into place. Seems high quality and works well.

I purchased the 3.66 GPM, 14L portable tankless propane water heater on 3-4-2025. I set it up as an outdoor shower for pre-hot tub use. Installation was easy and I was impressed with the results until 4-26-2025. Now it heats up to only 27C (80F) and then immediately cools down. I live in the Phoenix area so it's not that the outdoor temperature is too low. I've done all the troubleshooting methods recommended in the manual, and even replaced the propane tank with a full one, and replaced the batteries, with no improvement. I'm very disappointed in this purchase.

Super easy setup. I used this on a utility sink in a repair shop. At what I would consider normal hand washing water volume the max temp is around 90°f to 100°f, fine for and washing. If you close the faucet to flow less water it quickly climbs to 120°f +. Perfect for this application. As a camping or temporary shower I imagine it would be fine just don't expect high temperature and water flow. Should note the display is Celsius ONLY.

This tankless water heater has been a new staple addition to our camping experience. It was easy to set up and start using. The dials are simple to understand and the readout of water temperature feels accurate. This does everything I expect, except that the photos have it on the ground, which it won’t usually be since the ports are on the bottom. I observed no leaks and can’t comment on lifespan yet, but I’ll come back to update this review after we use it for the season.

We got this to use as an outdoor shower in our backyard, and not for camping. The way our water line is in our house this was located in a way that it didn’t make sense to use a traditional method for an outdoor shower. This is perfect. We live by the beach and are able to shower without bringing sand into the house. The functionality is perfect. Installation and set up is a breeze and it has an excellent design. It’s sturdy and holding up to multiple uses daily. Four of our neighbors had my husband install them in their backyards too after seeing ours. Reliable and functional!
