I’m in the process of building out a small DIY tiny home on my property here in Central Florida for guests, and this tankless water heater ended up being a really solid choice. Space savings is huge. In a tiny home, every inch matters, and this unit mounts cleanly on the wall without taking up valuable storage space. A traditional tank just wasn’t realistic for what I’m working with and would have cost me a closet (the audacity!) Performance wise, it does exactly what I need it to do. Hot water comes on quickly and stays consistent for normal use like a quick shower, sink, etc. It’s not overkill, but for a small setup like this, it’s more than enough. I also like that it only heats water when it’s being used. Down here in Florida, I don’t want something constantly running up the electric bill or adding extra heat into a small space. This feels a lot more efficient and practical. Install was straightforward if you’ve got some basic knowledge, but I had a professional handle the gas hookup just to be safe. They had it in and configured in less than 15 minutes. Once it was in, setup was simple and the controls are easy enough that guests won’t have to mess with anything and even my non tech savvy husband could figure out how to set the temperature. Overall, this is a great option if you’re doing a tiny home, guest house, or even a workshop setup. It’s compact, reliable, and does exactly what you need without a lot of extra fuss. Definitely worth it for a practical build.

My gas water heater went out and I was flipping out because to replace the tank style water heater was outrageous right here at Christmas! I ordered this thinking it will do until we can afford a new one. I will never spend money on another tank water heater again. We ordered this tankless for around $175 and boy was it worth the money.. a top quality water heater! Even if it only lasts a year I cannot complain! It is worth every penny and more. It doesn’t have to be hard wired for the electric parts which was a plus for us. We already had the venting hole in the wall so that made it easy… I would say if you don’t have the exhaust hole already that would be the only hard step for install. The rest was a breeze to hook up! And since I am getting older not having to get in the floor to figure out what’s going on with a tank water heater is another plus! It automatically turns on when you turn on the hot water. Super hot water.. we have it set on 120 and you can turn it up higher than that but it is not needed. Our water pressure is weird and sometimes low but we haven’t had any issues with not getting hot water so far. Would definitely recommend this water heater.

I purchased this tankless water heater to add to my outdoor shower and it has been such a great upgrade. I really love that this Portable water heater runs off of propane, It was perfect for the campsite shower. The installation and setup of this heater was so easy. The hot and cold water are easily adjusted with the simple turn of a knob on the front of the heater. I was really impressed that this portable heater came with multiple shower heads. We're able to just hook up the shower head for the shower and get right to using it. The pet head will also come in so handy come spring time an Fido is playing in the mud at the campground!

So because I have an older house.I did have to make sure that the electrical wiring was adequate for the mechanics of this to work.But the overall general base installation of the equipment itself is super easy.It's almost like doing an ikea furniture. The instructions were very easy to understand and everything was very simply laid out and simple to follow. I know can use this kitchen sink. The shower. And someone else can be in the other bathroom, flushing, and there is no loss of water heat. I can't wait to see how my bills will change in the coming months through use. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
