It worked perfectly. The only thing I was worried about were the electrical connections. It shows green, black, and something. I wanted to test things with a meter but there were no instructions on how to do so. Especially since my wires had no colors. Also I did not know if the leads needed two screws or just one. I decided to use just one and if that did not work use both. I did not read any of the instructions for this installation. I think when you set the temperature it is what it should eventually reach. But after awhile it becomes just dashes. Anyways, the real test is whether this works ten years down the road. I suppose I should look at what the warranty period is.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this tankless water heater for a food truck. I wanted it because of the slender size. The water heater was easy to install. We mounted it on the wall under our sink. Once we turned it on to test it out, it immediately shut off our generator. We co tasted and electrician and was told to change wiring and plug and we should be good. After doing all of that, the heater was throwing codes and not holding temp. I contacted customer service and was asked several discovery questions. After our conversation and videos, it was determined that our water supply was simply not the right fit fir that particular heater. We were past 30 days and so we wiped our hand and bought a different water heater. A few days later, the company contacted me and said they were giving me a full refund and were so apologetic about it not working. I've never had customer service go above and beyond like Joy with Ecotouch did. I'm super grateful for the refund and even more grateful I picked ecotouch to do business with. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future and recommend! Thank you so much! I attached the video of the water heater. If you have any doubt at all if this water heater will work, please reach out to customer service. They are so very helpful!

I really like the display on the front except for the up and down temp buttons and the on off button are not illuminated the temperature and the GPM are. I would’ve gone an extra mile so you don’t have to get a flashlight out and look under your cabinet in order to see up and down buttons, but other than that a very nice product I will update on longevity later.

I was so hesitant to buy a tankless water heater. How can something so much smaller than a traditional tank, work as well? Husband convinced me to try. It’s wonderful!! Yes, it is a fraction the size of a traditional water heater, but that’s a plus! More room in garage.. It has a digital display of water temp, I can watch it go up as I use the garage slop sink. It heats up just as fast as the old one. I like very hot showers and this one gets very hot. We do have it set on the highest setting. Our electric bill has also decreased as it doesn’t constantly run to beat water, it only runs when you are using water. The value for the money is excellent as it’s not nearly as expensive as a traditional water heater. I am still so amazed at size and had I not seen it being Installed, never could have noticed anything changed. It’s definitely the way to go!! My neighbor also bought this one a few months before we did and she loved hers too, her electric bill also went down.

We bought this in advance for a new build to make sure that everything would fit around it fine so it’s past the return window, of course! We just got it hooked up and trying to use it for the first time and it doesn’t work. We have gone through all of the troubleshooting, both in the manual and on here. Indicator flashes fully lit and then displays temperature and gpm, then back to full lit, repetitively, without producing any hot water. Complete waste of money.. do not recommend!!

We can't figure out how to adjust the temperature. Sink water runs piping hot but shower water is tepid at best. No amount of pressing or holding the ^ button on the display increases shower water temp. Even if trying to adjust while the shower water is running, there is no change. Not impressed.
