Small two bedroom one bath house and I am the only occupant. Propane water heater costing me wasted money on heated water I never used. Upstate New York. Very cold water even in the summer as I’m only living here April through November. I had set my water pressure at 70 psi and this tankless water heater was not working properly. Reset my water pressure at 48 psi now it works perfect. I can now take a shower with 115° heated water for as long as I want. I had room on my electrical 150 amp panel as I am using a propane clothes dryer. Two pole 40 amp breaker worked perfect. If you have a small residence with up to three occupants, this unit would probably suit your needs.

Update: We have been using this water heater for over a month now and are still very pleased with it. Water is always hot, and our electric bills are even much lower. We installed this to provide hot water for a one bedroom “tiny house”. It was easy for my husband to install and the included directions were simple to follow. The heater attached to the wall under the kitchen cabinet, and with the low profile it fit perfect. There is no issue running hot water in the kitchen sink, with someone in the shower. I’m thrilled with my purchase and its capacity, to provide enough hot water for our needs.

used it once then I noticed the water smelled like burnt hair. it stopped working. the replacement has arrived and I'm waiting for it to be installed so I'll update this once it's working I do love the space it saved! I had a huge 40G tank thst took up so much space in my tiny home. now this thing is mounted behind my washing machine.

Easy to install and adjust. However, the temperature of hot water fluctuates quite a bit. It has trouble modulating to the exact temperature and seems to varies 7 degrees. It’s unable to maintain an exact temperature. Really frustrating when taking a shower
