I reached out for help and did receive an initial response- "please be sure there is a charge and the switch is in the on position". so I gave it a couple of days to charge even more- it never worked. I hesitated buying this - it seemed really expensive for a non-ceramic fountain. But it is just perfect. I did not get the rocks that are supposed to come with it, but I had some blue glass pieces that I bought for my fire pit, and I put a handful of them on top, and it looks great. I love solar fountains. This one is solid, works well so far, and the birds in my yard love it. The only thing that seems kind of silly are the LED lights. Why have them? I mean, it's a solar fountain, which means it works when the sun is out, and does not work at night when the lights should be on.     • Just a nice storage pot of water when the pump doesn't work.

Fountain worked well for 8 hours, then the pump died. None of my attempts to contact seller were successful, even though there was a claim that tech help was available. Product would have been nice if I could have gotten a replacement motor.
