The media could not be loaded. This piece is beautiful and worth the buy… i highly recommend having something to seal the back of the water lines with… mine broke when I tried to twist the hose on the pump, other than that I’m obsessed 😍

Pls re send a set of pump and hose for this product. There's a cracked and suddenly fall off the hose. The quality is not good, lasted for 2 weeks. I need a replacement. Not good for consumer, considering the amount is also expensive. The look is good, but I want to enjoy it. Pl resend a pump and hose. Thanks!

The pump for this fountain is not strong enough to make water bubble from all 3 spouts. We adjusted the pump 20 times and still could not get it to evenly pump water from the spouts. Now after 4 months they hardly pump at all. They need to replace existing pump with a much stronger one. Very frustrating. Also not sure what the finish is but now where the water flows out of the spouts the fountain has become discolored with white discoloration and even the finish is chipping. So not very happy with the overall product even though it looked beautiful when arrived. It now looks like its 3 years old and doesn't even work. We had to unplug it. We tried to clean the pump and remove any particles in the water but nothing helps. I'm very disastisfied..
