The media could not be loaded. The directions to put it together were all visual and some written directions would have helped a lot. It got put together wrong but we left it bc it looks fine. We were not gonna take any longer to put that thing together. I was using the heat one day and noticed a code (E0) on and the heat wouldnt turn on. Turned it off and back on and it still did the same thing. I had to unplug it from the wall for 5 mins and it started working again. So thats not good especially bc ive only had it for about 2 weeks...but maybe it was bc it got too hot? Idk.. Also the fireplace remote turns the volume down on my t.v. if i try to turn the heat down. But other than that it looks good and the heat has been working nicely so im mostly happy with the purchase.

All around it is a nice product and fits perfect in my living room. However, I have had it almost a year to the date and the fireplace display wonโt turn on. The heater works, but the display is broken. And that was kind of the whole point of buying it was the nice fireplace display

This item arrived to me damaged. I contacted customer service and thay had a new one on the way within a week. There are several parts to assemble, but that is to be expected. It is not difficult to assemble, just tedious and time consuming (just the nature of the beast). When all is said and done, I am extremely happy with the purchase. It is well built and sturdy. The heat output is more than enough, the remote is convenient, and I really could not have expected more out of the product or the level of customer service I received.

I love this entertainment center, its beautiful and arrived on time. Only issue was the directions, they were hard to understand so it took a while to put together. But other than that its great! Exactly as pictured.

It's been a dream of mine to have a fireplace and now I have one that is amazing and I can relax with it one even if it's hot out but it's able to warm my living room fast. It was really easy to assemble as I was able to get it together in under a hour.
