The media could not be loaded. I love that it does not protrude out takings up my room space. Took my husband most of the day putting it together. It’s worth every penny, every effort. We plan to move within a year so I didn’t want to spend too much. Took me a while to find a piece that was tall enough and then I came across this beauty. The piece is absolutely stunning. It took a few hours to construct and the instructions were sub par. After assembly we added the heating unit only to discover it did not work. The visualizations of the fire and different colors were beautiful, but a heater with no heat…who wants that?!?!? I registered for the 1 year warranty and reached out to customer service so we shall see. ... show more

I read mixed reviews about this fireplace and was almost afraid to buy it. So glad I went ahead and placed my order. While it did arrive in two seperate boxes, they both arrived the same day. I built it the same night for my home office and didn’t have any issues with assembly. Directions were easy for me, but I’ve built many pieces of furniture over the years and so I’m familiar with assembling things. This fireplace works great and puts off a ton of heat. You can set it to different temperatures or just turn on the flames without any heat at all, which is what I mostly do at the moment. Comes with a remote. My only issue is that the bottom metal panel won’t lock into place and stay closed, so as you can see from the picture, it’s open. It’s not a deal breaker for me, but I’d still like to close it. If you’re thinking about buying this fireplace, do it! It’s quite a statement when you walk into the room. Doesn’t look cheap - has nice detail. I may get a second one for my master bedroom, I love it so much. ... show more

Cheap product it came in a hundred pieces and by the time my husband got to the end of putting it together he realized it came damaged and The door to the on/off button keeps flapping open. I wanted to return it but he told me I had to take it apart and box it up since he spent four hours putting it together. Don’t buy it. ... show more

I like this product, I wish I had gotten a lighter color but, I love it. I love that I can change the color of the flames and that it can be ran without heat. It heats my large livingroom and we sometimes leave it on over night. It is well worth the price. It is a great focal piece.
