Tarp is correct size, and as close as I can tell, close to 10mil thick. My complaint is the missing tie down grommets and the poor placment of the grommets. You may have to look closely as there are other tie downs on a tarp underneath the silver one, but you can see that there are at least 3 missing grommets, making the distance between the grommets about 8 feet. Also, several of the tie downs are too close to the edge of the tarp.

Terrible quality, was not true square and didn’t actually measure to 10’x12’. We had it strung up for one night with very low wind and the gussets already pulled out. Returning, useless product.

After 3 months of use the tarp split in half. When I asked for a replacement I was told that it could not be returned after 30 days and that if it was windy to remove the tarp. What is the point of buying a tarp if it needs to be removed when it is windy outside. I do understand a 30 day return policy if it was the wrong size or something similar. I would expect something that clearly was poorly made to be replace after such a short time frame.

Un folded it on ground. set up tent for two days folded tarp came home, unfolded it to dry it, and a grommet fell off. Oh and the shipping, OMG slow... if they give you a shipping window, it will come on the very last day!!! I mean it works for a ground sheet under a tent, but I wouldn't use this tarp for anything else!!

As I am unsure about durability I am not getting my hopes up. The grommets are all jacked up and the placement of them is not enough to adequately tie down the tarp. If I get a year out of these things I will be lucky

One of the grommets is half on and half off but still seems sturdy but not enough grommets to tie it down securely. We are using it as a shed cover. The grommets are too far apart so the wind is able to make it flap. So I am going to have to add more grommets to it. Otherwise, it is heavy enough for what I need.

I found this to be a waste of your hard earned money. There are areas were you can see more light coming through the material then in other places. Used it to cover an area to keep the sun out and by the second day it was already showing signs of wear. A will look else where to find a tarp that really is heavy duty.
