This is an outstand product, I broke my back 40 years ago and need a back support to keep the pain in check. This product covers a large area of your abs. When purchasing make sure you don't buy your waist size as your AB size is usually larger on most men. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product and will purchase it over and over again. I tried the Copper Fit X-Back product, due to the Velcro did not last (DO NOT BUY X-BACK). The Velcro on this product is very strong and meant to last. The belt part also over stretched and is not going to last very long. This product $28 dollars and X-Back $65. Which will you buy.

So when I first was considering buying it I was skeptical. I got this product over a month ago and I've been rigorously using it everyday. I got the Velcro option and i thought it wouldn't hold up. So here is what you need to know 1. Its a great support for people who suffer from lower back pain. I do a lot and it was great to have. 2. Its a great support when doing exercise. The belt assist in shaping your waist but only if your on true to you exercise regiment 3. Its comfortable around the bare waist . 4. It holds. It doesn't undo itself on pressure. eg when you got it tightly wrapped and your doing abdominal exercises. One con of the belt was that there was minor chafing during abdominal exercises however that was easily resolved by wearing a light undershirt, All in all a solid product for the price point ,(I was worried about it being a waste of money). I would highly recommend it for people who are looking for the waist support belt/ waist trimmer. Also there customer care is pretty good.

I love the quality of the materials and how firm the strapping system feels. The waist trainer works very well to tighten my core and improve my posture, but it has unfortunately emphasized the fat in the chest and upper back area.

I was so afraid to get a shapewear again due to the bad experience I’ve had with the previous one I got from a different brand and I did need a high quality Shapwear I’ve asked one my co works if she knows of any Shapwear to recommend me, and that’s when I found out about TAILONG. I put this Shapewear on as soon as it arrived and I just couldn’t believe how amazing this is, it’s just so comfortable, I’m able to wear it wherever I go. The quality of this shapewear is incredible, it’s very resistant and it holds on tight throughout the whole day and after my workout. It makes me sweat so much, while I’m working out and it’s helped me with my back pain during my 8 hours sitting down for work, my waist looks already slimmer. The product comes tightly packaged and easy to open and remove. Placing the product on for the first time could not be easier. Once applied, the option to increase the tightness with the outside adjusting straps delivered that perfect tightness to be able to operate daily without discomfort. The product fits really good and you can not even tell that you are even wearing it. It sits really low at the anchor point below the belly button and does not shift or slide during sitting and moving around the house. Entering and exiting the vehicle showed no signs of readjustment needed. This is truly a great product and I highly recommend to both family, friends, and co-workers. Definitely worth the value, thank you for making a great product.

I purchased this product 60 days ago and the seams that hold the plastic pieces near the oblique area on each side have busted through the poorly stitched seams and they are actually easily removable at this point. Without these supports the waist trimmer is nothing better than a waist wrap with no actual support. The stitching is poorly done allowing this part to fail. Hence why they only have a 30-day return or exchange policy. They may be aware of this issue and continue pushing the sale of this product anyways. Disappointed that you cant easily speak with anyone and they dont allow exchanges or returns after 30 days.

I use my waist trainer 1-2 times a week. I have other belts so I circulate each day. Of all the ones I use this has the most firm back support, and covers more area from under hips to lower peck region. This has three spots for Velcro support. One center of belly, and one on eachside for extra back support and to keep tighter grip then other belts. only complaints about comfort would be the center Velcro area has a cardboard style fabric for backing the Velcro on center. After one wash it becomes harder, and lost its flexibility. If they change that in the future it would be great. The other is the size chart might be a bit off, or im fatter than I thought. I ordered a large based on a 38" waist, but the center area for velcro doesnt reach all the way and the male part of the velcro is facing the wrong direction, so some of the male velcro pokes my stomach and gives a slight rash when rubbing. Might want to consider a size up if thats a problem for you. For the cost, and area of coverage its a great deal even with the two mentions of possible fixes. I would buy again.
