The stainless steel watch case measures 39mm wide (1.54 inches). The black dial face includes luminous baton hands (with seconds hand), luminous stick hour markers, small minute indexes placed on the interior of the bezel, and a date window at 3 o'clock. It's completed by a smooth black leather strap with white contrast stitching. Other features include a Swiss-made automatic movement (with a 38- to 42-hour power reserve), highly scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and water resistance to 50 meters (165 feet)--suitable for swimming but not for diving.

Overall this is a great watch and great price, we shopped around and the best price we could find was $1800 plus tax, and a waiting period. I bought this watch so I had a dress watch for work, received it and was not impressed. It was small and seemed very flimsy for the price that I paid. I sent it back and bought a much nicer watch and I am very happy. May work for some folks, just not for me.

Watch is fine--except it stops during the night. I wind it 50 times and about every 2nd or 3rd day it stops during the night. I need someone from Amazon to advise what I should do.

the watch is beautiful and works great but I found out that amazon is not an authorized dealer and therefore you don't get the lifetime service guarantee from tag heuer. probably should have purchased from somewhere else.

Yes it is clean, simple, elegant, etc. After just over a month, however, the stitching is coming loose -- and I have been very careful, really. This cannot be right, and perhaps I should deduct more than one star, as it's not what you expect from a watch at any price.
