    • DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON
The watch is beautiful yet I never should have tried to save some money and buy from Amazon. I have had to return the watch for repairs 2 times and the watch still has never worked liked it is supposed to. It loses time (minutes) and will not stay wound. It quits working after about 8 hours and needs to be wound. The abysmal customer service center that repairs the watch does not communicate at all and just fixes random things clearly without even testing if the watch works the way it should. It is not hard to test if the watch loses time or stays wound, yet they sent it back to me twice after making repairs. Repairs to what? They didn't even fix the problem. Now I need to send it back a 3rd time because Amazon won't do any kind of buy back. After almost a year my husband went back to wearing his crappy watch because this one doesn't work. NOT WORTH IT. PAY THE MONEY TO BUY FROM TAG HEUER. I'm changing my review from a year ago which said "Bought this as a gift and my husband loves it. It arrived quickly and watch is as described." No doubt it's a pretty watch, just buy it elsewhere. ... show more

    • Does not hold charge !!!
Bought this watch last February. After wanting it for years I finally decided to give it a try and how disappointed was I. The watch is beautiful and I have received many compliments about it but the fact is that the one I received (brand new) does not hold the charge for more than 10 hours. I go jogging and 10 hours after I finished the watch stops even thought it should be at maximum charge. I sent it back for service, still haven't received it back.
