Watch arrived broken. Tag Heuer didn’t recognize the serial number. Warranty card was not for the watch. Don’t buy from Fly Watch. Fake watch.

With a heavy heart I must say...I am not impressed with the watch. I love the look...it fits me great (I am a big guy...and this watch is the correct scale for me...in a Not so gaudy "Tom Cruise" way) After spending $3,200 on the watch a couple of years ago...the first month of owning it...the outside ring kept popping off. The store was kind enough as to take it back. Second try....after a year or so...the crown came off as I adjusted for a time change. I took it a reputable jewelry store (Gold Creations in Brookfield, WI) and they set it away to be repaired. After a couple of months...I notice a slight moisture inside the face. It went away...and I forgot about. Less than a year later....Moisture and crown came off again....Now it's back to the shop. ... show more

Beautiful watch but run 5 -6 second per day faster! Awful for Swiss watch (I understand is for normal automatic watch... Swiss watch, NO)! Little above average rating is the most I can give. I remember my Japanese automatic Seiko 5 (over 30 year ago) just less than 2 second per day faster (I gave to my cousin for his 18 birthday) only $250 not bad at all. My 20 years old Aquaracer professional is very accuracy (it's old style but still love it, never go to maintenance or any adjustment, yet)! Mine was stop working suddenly. I tried to wind manually the manual winder does not grap completely (when I first got it works fine). I sent it to (under warranty) Asurion to fix those issues as I described. Three weeks later I got my watch back. And what? Nothing fix!!! what's a joke!!! So, my conclusion is "Should never believe/trust of Asurion warranty!". If you buy a watch from Amazon keep hoping it will work without any issue. ... show more

I got this beautiful watch 12 days ago, this should be high end Automatic Tag Heuer Aquaracer. I loved the watch and design, its little bit heavy but the quality is really good. I have some friends they thought its Rolex lol, because the design and small magnifier are so similar. Then After 10 days of use I was so shocked, this is expensive watch MSRP+Tax is $4000, what happen to me the watch was Inaccurate and it gain Time, after 10 days of continues use the watch gain 1 min ahead?!!!!!, I usually adjust my watch and depends on time on my cellphone and my PC. Then I readjust it again with both Cell and PC time plus my living room wall clock, I adjust the seconds hand to be exactly the same with my living room clock. Then I was so shocked after 1 day the watch Gain again 5-6 seconds in ONE DAY?!!!!!!!!!!. I contacted Amazon and I replace the watch, I shipped mine back, and Tomorrow I will get another one, I will test it and keep you updated guys. My point that could expected to happen with cheap watch Not with High End Brand like Tag Heuer and $4k Watch, Again I love the watch and I hope the replacement one will be accurate. ... show more

I purchased this watch 23 months ago. The watch recently broke. The watch has a two year warranty from Tag Heuer. I contacted RD brands and they suggested I send it to The authorized Tag repair shop. I sent the watch to be repaired and was impressed with the Tag repair center. I’m glad RD brands recommended I send the watch to the Tag repair center because they are confident they are selling you an authentic Tag Heuer watch. Let me be clear I am not saying companies who sell watches and provide other insurance are fake but for my own personal preference I would prefer having the manufacture insurance. RD brands was very helpful in assisting me in getting my watch repaired. I highly recommend purchasing any high end watch from RD Brands ... show more
