I bought this product from the seller, which came with a defective battery (lost 35% of its power within 8 hours while the watch was idle and not in use). I returned the product immediately within a couple of days back to the seller. After about a week of returning back the product, I confirmed with UPS tracking that the returned product was received by the seller, and Amazon stated that I should be getting my refund within 7 days. The Amazon 7 Days Refund Period passed, so I reached out to the the seller, who requested that I still send them some "proof" of the returned item, so I sent them the UPS confirmation of the returned product's receipt by the seller (stating that the returned item was received and accepted by a "Miguel"). The seller replied , refusing to provide me with the refund and instead sent me with a "canned" message with instructions on how to return the item back to them (which I have done already, as has been explained). Obviously, the seller is coming up with excuses to not provide me with a refund for defectively sold product, so I am requesting a refund directly from Amazon through their A-to-Z Guarantee refund program to get back my money. ... show more

He estado usando el Apple Watch Series 7 y la experiencia ha sido fantástica. Lo que más destaca a primera vista es la pantalla: los marcos son superdelgados y se aprovecha muchísimo mejor el espacio en comparación con modelos anteriores. La función de pantalla siempre activa (Always-On) ahora es más brillante en interiores, por lo que se puede ver la hora de un vistazo sin tener que levantar exageradamente el brazo. Otro gran acierto es la carga rápida. Aunque la batería sigue durando un día completo (lo normal en estos relojes), se carga muchísimo más rápido con su cable USB-C incluido; en unos 45 minutos recuperas casi toda la energía. En cuanto a salud, las mediciones de oxígeno en sangre, el sensor de ritmo cardíaco y los electrocardiogramas funcionan de maravilla. I am very happy so far. I had to put the watch on the charger when I opened it. I left it charge for almost an hour and then it powered right up. Set up with my iPhone was so easy, just followed the steps. Everything works great so far! It is the color I ordered. The quality seems great, no screen scratches or marks anywhere on the watch. Looks new honestly! It’s day one, so I will update if anything goes wrong but so far this watch is absolutely worth the price (which is a fraction of the price if you purchase new).
