The charging port melted within 24 hrs.( Just in case I don't end up inserting the photo You can see the plastic on the back of the tablet raised as it melted on the inside and stopped charging) I got this for my little sister, with autism.( mind you, she has gone through innumerable phones, tablets and laptops. yet nothing like this has ever happened)Thank God my brother realized before she tried to fidget with it. I should’ve known better buying an android, an off-brand at that. was trying to save some money. ended up losing some instead ( I don't live with my sister so it would've been a hassle to get it back and return for a refund) Don’t know if I would have had anything positive to say about the performance of the tablet prior to this.
