  • Nice!
Bought this for the office. The nicest thing and unintended-it provides humidity to the office! Relaxing and pretty. Many complements.

  • Beautiful
I love this fountain! I bought it for my blue tongue skink's (lizard) terrarium. I put fresh spring water in it for her. The fountain is smaller than I expected, but prettier and looks beautiful with her other terrarium decor. The 1st thing she did was drink from it (perfect size), then she looked at the lights and rotating crystal ball for about 5 minutes. She was totally mesmerized! There was really no setup needed, just clean, fill up, and plug it in. We love it! đź’– ... show more

  • Meeting my expectations!
The media could not be loaded. So little tabletop fountain has become my balcony fairy fountain. What you receive will not look exactly like mine because I added the little fairy sitting on the ledge and I did some painting top of what was already there. it was kind of flat so I gave some depth and I painted the things on the upper left to resemble lilies-of-the-valley which are fairy flowers! Before I set up I did read through all of the instructions. It may seem pretty simple but it's important to do Because some of the issues I've seen in the reviews I believe were because it was not set up properly. I made sure the pump was flat, it does actually have some little suction feet and that it was well submerged below water. I'm also taking the advice they offer of using distilled water to avoid mineral buildup. as instructed I lift the ball off of the top until the water had been flowing for a few seconds and that works perfectly. When I set it on the top it began rolling immediately. the sound is nice. It's a very soft but audible burbling trickle and that's really what I wanted. My only slightly negative comment would be that I think it's pricey for the materials used. That said, it has everything needed to set it up, get it running in a matter of minutes, so not having to go looking for the different parts to make a fountain is a big plus and that procedure probably would have cost me more. It's a really nice, relaxing addition to my little balcony. ... show more

  • How to make the motor noise quiet
Hello everybody, I just love the fountain, it looks and sounds amazing. At this price you can't go wrong! I wanted to share a quick tip with everyone. If you are really annoyed by the sound that the motor makes there are 2 things I recommend doing. Put a piece of sponge or foam inside the back of the fountain for the motor to sit on so it doesn't contact the structure of the fountain and pass on its vibtations. Next cut out a foam block to cover up the hole as you see in my photo. The fountain almost acts like a percussion instrument and projects a lot of noise out the back. Just like a drum works. You can fix that by covering the hole. Between these two things, it is almost silent! The motor by itself is pretty noisy I think. Give it a try and see if it works. You can also play around with the surface that you have it sitting on to control the noise. Maybe put it on something soft if you are still having issues. You will love the fountain though. It will bring you magical powers. ... show more

  • Beautiful
Very beautiful small fountain. The only problem I’ve had is after it runs for awhile the pump tubing comes off & water comes out of the back of fountain. I’m trying to figure out a way to clamp this on. It is so pretty when it runs so I highly recommend you buy it.

  • Beautiful
I love my fountain. I can only hear the motor if I need to add more water. It randomly leaked a few times bc the water wasn’t falling into the right place not sure why. Haven’t had many issues with it. I still love it though!! 4/5!

  • good tabletop fountain needs an inline rotary power switch on the cord
Overall I like the fountain, spinning ball, changing lights, multiple water paths with multiple trickling waterfall sounds (none too loud, just right), all good. You do usually have to spin the ball by hand after turning the fountain on, to get it spinning, and sometimes it starts spinning itself. It should have a switch on the cord, so I've ordered one, but because the seller doesn't know the total current draw, I wasn't sure which rated switch to get so I had to get several. This is the only real downside to the fountain is the lack of a switch. I wish the fountain itself were a little more colorful but the light makes up for it. ... show more

  • Hoped for the best
After reading the reviews I gambled on the 50/50 of this item. Well I lost. Packaging was some weird thin styrofoam in a tight bow inside another tight Amazon box. The pointy part of this was broke in 3 parts. No biggie I was gonna do some modifications. Get it all set up with water and first thing is it was leaking from somewhere at the middle of the bottom reservoir. Maybe less water would stop this. So I left it full thinking the pump action would lower the water volume. Well THAT never happened either. Lights worked. The pump was “working” (you can hear it and see water partially come up. Then goes back down… and yes I messed with the + and -) but nothing. So before I return straight up I am going to dismantle and try to get it to flow. 40 bucks isn’t break the bank but SERIOUSLY I think this thing cost 3bucks to make??? I’ll update on the out come. Really seems like luck to get one that won’t have issues. Really sad. ... show more
