Got this black friday deal. Was under $40. Works great on table or tail gate while eating breakfast on the tailgate at the ski resort. Gave just enough heat. It's cute and we'll made. Used a bomb starter that burns for 20 minutes with pellets. Would give again as gift.

I LOVE this little fire pit! I initially got the table top solo stove one put after thinking over the $110 price I returned it. I found this one for $60 and figured it was worth the value. After having looked at the table top solo stove, this is the exact same product with a much better price. I used pellets and fire started tumbleweeds I got at target for our first fire. It was so easy! I filled the pit with pellets and that would have burned a long time! We didn’t need it for that long and ended up putting it out. It’s super easy to clean up since it’s so small. The kids loved making s’more and it even have off some heat. This would make a great gift too! Highly recommend!

This is a nice little fire pit. I purchased the wood pellets and they burn very well, however you have to add pellets often since their burn time is limited. Unfortunately, and contrary to what's advertised, there is smoke or soot expelled. Although it's not very obvious when burning, I noticed the white ceiling of my lanai had a soot stain over where the fire pit was burning. The ceiling was probably 6 - 8 feet above the flame with no danger of getting too hot (I measured the temperature with an IR thermometer and the temp was only 93 degrees), however it DID get stained from the smoke/soot. I have since, repainted the ceiling. Truthfully, the soot issue may really be the result of the type of pellets that I burned versus the fire pit itself. I still do love the fire pit, but in the future, I will place it on a small table with nothing overhead. When using a small fire starter block, the fire pit does light easily and provides a beautiful flame. I would recommend this item.

i had been looking at there for some time so i decided on this one!! very easy to light...works well...i use wood in mine (regular size)) which needed cut down...altho pain in butt to do...very wroth it...wood seems to last a while

For the money it's a great. Something I do with all my smokeless pits or stoves with similar designs is to remove the top cone, wear gloves and wipe it with alcohol or acetone to remove all fingerprints, blow torch it or put it on a gas stove until it turns blue/purple/orange. By doing this you don't "bake" in permanent fingerprints or smudges.

The media could not be loaded. Not a paid review! I used "fat wood" as fuel and it caught quickly but made a greasy black smoke. After it burned down I put some wood flakes and chips from our kindling pile and it burned much better. I'm thinking some pressed wood briquettes would be the fuel of choice. It's still a fire, it doesn't burn completely and the wind will carry the smoke just like a campfire. I'm glad it came with fireproof gloves, and you should keep them handy. It does get hot underneath, so set on a stone tile or I used a couple of stacked cookie sheets or non-flammable surface. I'm sure a glass table top needs protection! It is fun and makes a slightly dangerous experience when guests come over. Be sure to have marshmallows handy!
