It seems to be poured concrete with some dyes to make it look like something that resembles marble. It comes with a cloth and a little metal thing to put out the fire. I'm not sure what type of fuel or how much fuel I should put in so I needed to google it. It's fine, but for $64 this tiny little fire pit is just a little overpriced. The marble finishing looks high end! I placed it on our outdoor porch sitting area table top. It comes with one wick, as well as a lid to extinguish the fire when needed. It does not come with the fuel needed. For the price, I do wish it came with a few extra wicks for future uses. However, the fuel well is deep to allow for up to an hour of burning. Looks very pretty when lit, I'd recommend, especially for the upcoming fall months. ... show more

This tabletop firepit is made of white and gray marble with a brushed stainless steel burn box and cover with handle. It's fairly heavy so no worries about it getting knocked over! It has a fiberglass matt type wick in the burn box that curves partly up the sides that makes for nice looking flames. I would've given it 5 stars but the instruction and warning sheet doesn't explain how much fuel it can hold for a fire, which is important for someone like me who has never had one of these. I don't know whether to just saturate the wick or fill to just above the wick or what. When I just saturated the wick the fire only lasted about 5 minutes, when I filled to just above the bottom (covering the wick), it lasted about 15 minutes. I'm kind of afraid to fill it up more, so better instructions would've been nice. BTW, you have to separately buy bio-ethanol firepit fuel or 70 to 90% isopropyl alcohol to burn in it, and because it seems to burn pretty fast I recommend multiple bottles at a time to save money on the fuel. All in all this is a nice tabletop firepit that creates a nice ambiance. We really like it. ... show more

I wish it had glass guards like some other pits have. It’s still gorgeous and I’ll definitely be using it in the winter time. I use 90% alcohol to burn it.

It's far from "mini" measuring at least a foot long, and its weight confirms its sturdy build. It won't tip over, even in the strongest winds or with our four playful rescue dogs and visiting grandchildren around. Made from high-quality concrete, it's perfect for both indoor and outdoor use and would enhance the ambiance of any space. The added metal extinguisher with a handle is a thoughtful touch, ensuring safety and convenience. Filling it with bio-ethanol to max line and igniting it is easy, and the non-slip rubber pads protect our surfaces from scratches. It's like bringing the magic of an outdoor bonfire inside on rainy days. It's not just a fire pit, it's a piece of art that creates a warm and lovely atmosphere.     • Gorgeous and substantial table top fire pit
The company made an effort even with the box, matching the marble texture of the mini firepit. This thing was heavy as it should be since it was cast concrete. I've seen mini table top firepits and they either looked too much like toys or a fire hazard. This is a well designed piece about a foot long, with a metal bowl, fiberglass cloth for the ethanol and even a lid with a handle to put out the fire. The simple marble design will fit with most decor and it's large enough to get more than one marshmallow on the fire. Can't wait for the summer to be over and to set this out on our covered front porch to watch neighbors walk their dogs why we roast marshmallows or just stare into the fire over drinks. ... show more
