The media could not be loaded. This is good tablet nice size to watch your on the go ...movies info other things easy to set up charge it first before setting things the keyboard the letters are not big but it's touch screen do you have a choice and (mouse )which needs batteries it's so cute the stand was easy too it holds while you watching movies the tablet is nice if you take care of it it will last and get protection on it why waste your money I gave it four stars because the battery life is sucks it don't last long but if you have a long cord it'll last a long time so you don't have to read about it going out

I purchased 2 of these units for my 2 son's this Christmas (2025). Both arrived on time and without any issues. Both came 75% or more charged and I fully charged both batteries BEFORE I started the process of setup and transfer of my kids settings from a previous tablet. Both tablets were setup then boxed back up for the gift exchange. After unwrapping (approximately 2 hours later) only one powered back on. I attempted to charge and reset the non-booting unit over the next 24 hours (No luck) I followed both guides here on Amazon and those found online for the manufacture with no luck. I'm not a Luddite, I have over 25 years in the computer security industry and have owned and used many Android devices over the years; I know how to reset them. This unit (for whatever reason did not want to power on) despite charging for over 10 hours on a connected (and power output verified) power supply. Your mileage may very, I'll be keeping the "good" unit and returning the "bad" one. Aside from the bad unit, the other unit I purchased seams to be working as expected, is handling all the homeschooling related apps we use and work as advertised with the packaged peripherals. Please note the keyboard does not attach to the case you will have to work that out on your own.

It is fulfilling the purpose for which I purchased it but the wifi and the battery life on it are terrible. Don't plan on doing any streaming on it. It works great for basic things such as Excel spreadsheets and Word documents, which is why I bought it. The mouse doesn't work all that well and the keyboard is ok. You get what you pay for and it was being closed out so my expectations were not high to begin with.
