This works really well and I'm really glad I bought it for my laptop. It sticks to the bottom of my laptop really well and definitely improves the airflow. When it's folded up you can barely even tell that it's there. It's a little bit higher than I would like it to be but it's not that much of an issue.

Writing the review because I really enjoyed the product. The stand folds to a slim profile and lightweight enough to be forgotten. The 3M tape used to attach at the bottom of the laptop seems to hold even after exposing it to high temp. Just be aware when unfolded it will not be comfortable to type on it elevates rear vent to about 4 inches. I think they should have made the feet extent further out to it a bit. The extreme height works well for me like I said "A must for gaming". My temps went from 90 C to 74 C. good investment for the longevity of my laptop.

I bought this to simply attach it to my work computer and then I never have to carry a separate stand in my backpack. Unfortunately, my computer breathes underneath and this needs to be affixed over the gills. While that is less of a problem if I use it every time, I do not need to use it at home so then it blocks the airflow too much for me. I can say it is sturdy metal that will give you confidence of not breaking with use. I gave it to my co-worker who has a different model computer and he loves it.

It's honestly a little tall for a 13" laptop, but it was a solid buy and served me well, for about 8 months. After that, the adhesive began peeling away, such that I would find my computer slid almost to the edge of my desk, with this almost fully disconnected underneath, having moved forward as the adhesive detached. Overall, I can say it served me well for a few months, but I would not buy it again, and would have difficulty recommending it.

This lifts my mac for zoom web cam angle perfectly. Be careful to put it all the way back to the back edge. I didn't, and now the laptop 'rocks back and forth'. I'm going to try to remove & reposition, but the adhesive is so strong it wont' budge. very compact & lightweight, sturdy. The angle is 3" which is uncomfortable to type very long. a 2" height might be easier on the wrists.
