I got the tablet and received it the same day which is always great got it at 10pm, packaging was great my son who’s autistic uses the tablet with an app we have to communicate his needs. Well turned it on and it was slowwww like my internet is amazing and this wasjust pure snails pace but whatever got it set up then noticed the charger it came with was broken (the metal piece that goes in the charger was off) luckily I had chargers well then we turned the volume down it never went down 😳 even at the lowest setting and it sounded weird like it wasn’t coming from the speaker it was loud but muffled? If that makes sense, the color of the screen seemed really off (it was the blue shade) it was just off, then I look into the charger port and the piece inside is broken like crooked so thankfully it was fully charged when it came but I couldn’t charge it anyways…well now we’ve gotten to the end I contacted Amazon thru the chat system they made me go through all this reset stuff which I get for their end to say they tried (even though the charger port was broken) well finally the women gave me step by step how to contact seller. I did they sent me a replacement fast but here’s the new update NEW UPDATE!! This new tablet is horrible!! Package was broken and unwrapped like they gave me a refurbished one, it was dead when I got it and it won’t connect to my internet at all! I can’t do anything with this and on top of that the volume is still messed up. I want my money back this is the worst! ... show more

I've been wanting to get a tablet like this for a while. First off, I like that it runs new android, and has good storage. The case is durable, but doesn't hold the tablet up well. The screen protector is strong but not scratch resistant. The mouse and keyboard are good quality, and the keyboard has a long battery life. The tablet runs games like Mincraft and Roblox smooth. The stylus works well, but has a lot of friction on the screen. Very good price, 4 stars ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This tablet is highly recommended!!! For one I can lock it from my phone and I can lock her phone at the same time as I lock the tablet with Family Link which a lot of people can get regardless of if they have the tablet or not but also there’s a whole kid sinner in there with nothing but fun stuff. Normally she doesn’t even like stuff like that she be wanting to watch YouTube but there’s kids YouTube on there. There’s a reading section with a whole bunch of books, it comes with a mouse so it feels like she’s actually on a computer which is a better experience. There’s a keyboard attached to it it’s easy to use like I just love the tablet.
