Updated Review: I am updating this review to 4 stars because the company customer service contacted me months later to offer a replacement tablet free of charge. They did not have to do that. I chose a newer model without accessories and so far so good. I am happy with the new tablet replacement and will be providing a review of that model soon. Please note, the review is based on my experience with the product and service from the company. I took a star off because I ordered the white tablet with the white colored accessories and I received only the bluetooth keyboard in white. The mouse and cables came in black instead of white. I took off another star because the battery takes hours to charge and gets depleted rather quickly. I can't test out the mouse to see if it works, because I'm charging the tablet right now. I imagine it does, there's only one plug and it can be used for charging or using the mouse or connecting to the keyboard if you don't use bluetooth. Therefore you have to choose one option out of that. There is one memory card slot covered and a plug for your wired earbuds. It's an affordable work around if you can't use a laptop. Now that I know the battery performance and the mismatched color set, I do wish it had been cheaper. I will keep this until it doesn't work anymore. ... show more

I was in need of a new tablet and decided to try this Toscido (a new brand to me). I already own a few older iPads and a couple of Android tablets. I needed an extra tablet that would be used mainly for watching videos and Web surfing. This is more of a budget tablet than my previous "name brand" purchases. With a 10.1" screen, I would compare it to a full size Samsung Galaxy or an iPad. In this review I will rattle off some likes and dislikes. LIKES For the price, this is a great value. My package included the 10" tablet, a nice protective case (fits so snug it's hard to remove), a wireless Bluetooth keyboard, and a wireless mouse. And of course all the necessary connection and charge cables. I'm pretty sure the mouse and keyboard will work with other tablets and computers, too. So it's a lot of gear for the money. The keyboard was easy to pair with the tablet, and the mouse worked immediately. Clean install of Android 10 with no garbage software cluttering up the tablet. If you are comfortable with Android you will have no problems here. Plenty of customization options. Starts quickly and wifi download speeds seem plenty fast. Load speeds are fast. Videos play smoothly. CPU seems plenty powerful for my needs. Size of the 10" 1920x1080 screen is good. Display is fine in terms of brightness and color. Connection charge interface is the newer USB-C standard. Nice! STORAGE! 64GB of internal memory, about 56 GB available for storage. Decent amount of built-in storage space, AND YOU CAN EXPAND STORAGE EASILY BY ADDING A MICRO SD CARD! This is a huge feature if you have any concerns about storage space for movies and photos. For very little money you can add huge amounts of storage space to this device. Apple will never allow you to do so on an iPad! So this is a great feature. Metal back is nice. I chose the white finish. I like it (it's reminiscent of an iPad). DISLIKES Speakers are "meh." They are fine and get the job done, but the sound is lacking in bass. Buttons are a little bit plasticky. The mouse and keyboard are totally thin plastic, but on a positive note both are very small and lightweight. The charge cable insert slot is located on top of the device; I am more accustomed to it being on the bottom. Just a minor complaint. It's a little bit heavier than you may expect -- 1.72 pounds. Still it feels fine in the hands, and for my purposes will usually be stationary (not hand held) anyway. Cameras are average. 5MP back and 12 MP front? They are fine for Facetime chatting, but you probably won't want to use this device as your primary camera. CONCLUSION With this sort of device, you're getting 90% of an iPad or Galaxy at 30% of the cost. And really, you're getting even more if you factor in the included case and Bluetooth accessories, and the expandable Micro SD storage slot. So overall I am pleased with this purchase. This tablet is exactly the same size as my Kindle Fire-10, so it really isn't for me, so I sent it back. I think I was going to get a larger screen for reading, but, if it's the same size as my Kindle, why bother. No complaint at all for this item--it's simply not what I thought I was getting.

    • Speed, storage, sound, and picture quality, EXCELLENT TABLET
I am pleasantly surprised with this tablet. I currently own a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019), but it's not that fast. So I purchased this tablet as a substitute for the Galaxy. Camera and resolution are not up to par to the Samsung Galaxy (because we all know that Samsung has amazing picture quality). However, this one is still pretty decent. This tablet is fast, just as the description stated. I appreciate that speed, because that's the very reason why I got it. I use it for video streaming, and doing other studying on the internet. The resolution is good, but it's not liquid clear. There's still room for improvement on that, but at the same time, all of my devices are samsung devices, so I would tend to compare resolution to samsung resolution which might not be a fair comparison. The touch sensitivity is very responsive. Apps open quickly due to the octa-core processor that it has. I appreciate that it gave me the option to use my external sd as an addition to the internal storage. My other tablet didn't give me that option (not that I remember anyway). The tablet doesn't come with a 3.5m jack port so you will definitely need wireless headset if you want to quietly listen to it. Some people have had problems with the speaker saying that it's not that great, but I have found out that the volume or sound of the speaker varies with the app that you are listening from. For example, 'youtube has its own sound, Netflix has its own, Disney, etc.....'. I have had to force restart my tablet 2 or 3 times since I have been using it. I don't know if an app that I installed is causing the problem or not, but I going to keep on watching it to see if the problem continues. Overall I am very very pleased with this tablet, and really surprised that it is actually this great seeing that it's not a name brand tablet. Almost all of my devices are samsung and apple. So this was a real surprise to me to find a tablet at this price with so much power and is actually really a great tablet. ... show more
