    • Surprisingly good for the price point, but not a "Flagship" device for performance.
I do enjoy using this tablet for basic tasks and simple gaming. I was surprised with it's performance given the ratings I saw on the processor used. Granted, trying to playback 1080p video on YouTube was a disaster - screen tearing and frame jumps constantly, but then the display does NOT support 1080p. I just tried it to see what would happen. So keeping within the design specs, video plays back was smooth. The speakers aren't bad with a tinny sound at the highest pitch and volume, but otherwise good. Again, not premium, but good. I can definitely see this tablet being used as a fist tablet for a young teen. The display has slightly muted, dull colors and is limited to HD playback - around 720p (1280x800 to be specific). Another positive for this deal is the included case, silicon and a bit soft/flexible on the edges it should offer some protection as will the included screen protector. Although 64GB may not be a lot for storage many tablets come with half that or less and you can expand with a micro SD card as well. If you need a tablet as an e-Reader this should suit you very well while offering more entertainment when not reading. Battery life has been good and though you do need to provide your own charging block the cable is included. Recommended for a casual or young user's first tablet, or for those who are rough with their devices. Far better than I was expecting and glad I got this one. ... show more

aiprotablet Tablet 10 inch Android 14 Tablets, 6GB RAM 64GB ROM 1TB Expand: I am a true Tablet Geek, I currently own 3 Samsung Galaxy S Tablets and use them everyday at work and at home so I consider myself to be quiet a tablet geek to the max so when I had a change to get this $59 tablet that claims to have 6GB RAM and 64GB SSD and can take up to a 1TB MicroSD card I couldn't pass on trying this out. So how good can a $59 Android 14 Tablet really be? If I had a child age 8 - 14, I probably would have handed this to them after turning it on and setting it up, and I would never try to use this for work - it is very limited in its' capabilities. Can it play games - yes, lower level games like my Final Fantasy III and IV that I got from the Google Play Store. Can it handle Office Apps - Yes but be aware of the file size of the apps you want to install as Microsoft Apps are fairly large compared to other Office Apps you can find on the play store. Can you watch Videos or Listen to Music on this tablet - Absolutely as long as it is one at a time and you don't have other browser tabs open. Can you read Kindle Books on this tablet - Yes, it can handle your kindle books and audio books as well as long as you have the kindle app installed. Now for the not so good: Really only has 3GB of RAM and the other 3GB RAM is virtual RAM that it draws from the 64GB SSD - this really limits how many apps you can have open or how many browser tabs you have open before it really slows down. The Rocchip chipset in this tablet is sub par compared to newer more expensive tablets but it is adequate and at an 8 core processor it can reach speeds up to 2Ghz but typically operated in the 500Mhz range. The GPU is a pretty old model but it still works with very low resolution graphics capability - again sub par for my work needs and personal entertainment - you definitely do not want to try to edit / create videos using this tablet due to the graphics output quality. The screen is not Gorilla Glass or even glass at all but is plastic instead and when first opened this package I noticed that the entire left screen bezel was mashed in like someone pushed on it really hard until the screen glue finally held it and the indentations in place - the entire screen feels very cheap but it does work and easily picks up your finger touch. Also, the included cover case does not put the screen to sleep when you close the cover so be sure to put it in sleep mode before you close the cover or you will run the battery down. The battery is okay, it charges - and it does provide about 4 - 6 hrs of heavy use before you need to recharge it. It also states that it is capable of expanding up to 1TB by using a MicroSD Card and it is true - I tested it with a 1TB Micro SD card and it did read / write to it just fine. My Summary: It is an okay and a very affordable Android 14 tablet for simple task or light media consumption but it is now a powerhouse tablet. This would be an excellent gift choice for a child or a teenager that does not already have a tablet. ... show more

This is a zippy little android tablet that works. Startup is a bit long (about a minute) but once going it seems as fast as other tablets I own. The included case is nice although when closed it does not turn off the screen like others. Sound quality is completely adequate and loud, though not outstanding. All the Android functions and apps I use are available, and paired with a Bluetooth keyboard it becomes a nifty little word processor. It features both a front and back camera, but this is not its best feature. The outward facing camera pics are not great and the settings don't offer higher megapixels. The unit easily imports as much or none of your information saved in Google as you wish. Video quality is surprisingly good, with no observable stutter or buffering and plenty of crisp colors and deep blacks. Honestly, this is a fantastic tablet for the price even if the camera will get little use for me. ... show more

Impressed, especially for the price point. Came with a screen protector installed as well as an additional glass protector, which I will save since I don't want to peel off the already installed screen protector, and a case which which will allow for full protection as well as the option to stand it up which works perfect for me since I'll be using this for workout videos instead of my phone which has a much smaller screen. Android 14 installed. Allows you to connect to your Google account but didn't like that Google pulled over all my contacts. Took me a minute to figure out how to remove them. Not a biggie there, but there really isn't a point for me as I don't plan to use it to communicate with anyone. Highly recommended! ... show more
