Considering buying an adjustable bed for a while I did a lot of research and having owned this one for almost a year now, I couldn't be happier about the choice I had made. Even on the very first day it was so satisfying to put it together. I needed some help to bring the box with the frame inside the room but I was able to do everything myself from there. The frame is solid and well designed, and everything fits perfectly. It is so quiet too. And all the extras... The retainers on three sides, with included side pocket to store safely the remote, keep the mattress in place at all times. The led lights that light up the floor just perfectly. And the hidden USB ports on both sides make charging your devices a blessing. I didn’t get the version with the massage so I can't talk about that but here, everything works as it should. Not too long ago something happened with the remote that I had to reset it and pair it again, but after contacting the customer service and following their simple instructions it works perfectly again. They were prompt to respond and made sure all issues and all my concerns were addressed and answered to the fullest. Very friendly and professional. They even showed me how to set different positions to my own liking on the remote... I went through many beds and bedframes in my life but I'm so used to this one right now, the functions it has and the comfort it provides, it seems almost unimaginable sleeping on anything else. This TamiTami T600 adjustable bed frame is amazing and has some great features that are very useful for my partner and I. First of all the bed frame is quite heavy and it helps to have a helper when setting it up. It comes packaged well, folded in half with all parts and accessories inside the bed frame. Setup is very simple, you just unfold the bed frame, screw in the 6 legs, flip it over (use a helper), add the mattress guards, install your mattress of choice (highly recommend a memory foam mattress), plug it in and start using. The features that I like are the led underneath lighting which is useful to help you spot the edges of the bed when your room is pitch black, the 4 USB ports are very useful for my partner and I since both of us have phones and devices that we like to charge at night. The USB ports are even backlit making them easy to spot at night, the foot and head massage vibration is nice and you can adjust the intensity for your preference. These photos I've added were taken before we received our mattress, once our mattress arrived it fit like a glove and the side retainers work very well. My partner and I love this bed frame, with it's wide range of adjustability we can get comfortable to sleep in positions we like. I feel like I have gotten better sleep since we have been using this frame. I would highly recommend this adjustable bed frame. Excellent customer service on top of that - I had a question about using the remote and sent an email to TamiTami. They replied the very next day with clear instructions on how to use my remote. They even followed up to make sure everything was working as it should, that is great customer service!

I purchased this to replace a 7 year old, very expensive ($1300) bed frame that broke and could not get parts for. This frame works perfectly and appears very sturdy and well made. Very heavy duty, especially the legs. I am 76 years old and was able to move and assemble this by myself. Assembly was easy. Unfold it, screw in the legs and flip it over. Done. Very stable. I wish that I had known about this brand before I bought the old frame. I am a very happy customer.

The base arrived without the mattress retainer brackets installed. TAMISERVICE responded promptly to my complaint and I had the parts within 5 days! Great service! When I first operated the base some of the functions didn't operate fully and I could hear clicking noises coming from the controller. I unplugged the actuator cables from the controller and plugged them back in. This apparently reset some soft limits in the controller. Everything works smooth and quiet now! I didn't contact customer service; I'm an engineer and was able to resolve the issue without help. It might have just been loose connectors. Most others would probably be frustrated. Plus, I'm not sure how well the corrective action would translate from Chinese?! This is the first time I've used and adjustable base. I have the T600 in the Twin XL size, with the massage function. In the flat position the massage can cause a little rattling noise. If you add a little lift to the head and foot, this takes up the free play in the lift mechanisms and stops the rattling noise. Not a big deal! Also, I have a 14-inch thick mattress. Raising and lowering the head (with or without the feet) tends to shift my body toward the foot of the bed. This is probably a function of mattress thickness and not a design issue. A thinner mattress would be less likely to do this. Overall I've been very pleased with this purchase! The build quality looks very sturdy. The operation is very quiet and smooth. The remote is backlit, which is a must! The massage has several modes to try and you can set a timer.

Love the bed. This purchase was long overdue. Good quality product. It was up in minutes. My husband just took it out of the box, laid it across my platform bed and plugged it in. I am handicapped and wish there was an assist bar I could purchase to help with rolling over and getting out of the bed. Otherwise perfect. It wasn't easy finding an adjustable base that worked with a platform bed. I saved the legs in case I need them in the future.

Back motor gave out keeps spinning but doesn’t lift up mattress. Bad customer service. I’m disabled at the moment and asked them for a box or for them to pick up bad product weeks ago. Run around and more asking me to trouble shoot. I’ve done everything asked except take every part apart. Just want my money back for this bad product.
