(I’m 80) Easy to assemble but takes some time to remove packing. The directions are vague and practically missing on installing the handlebar , the fenders, and the rear basket; so, some may have difficulty. Having many images would seem to make it easy. However the images are small and somewhat blurry. Very difficult to see what the circles are accentuating. Many pages on safety. Altho there are several websites and phone listed there is no address listed. I love this bike. It is high quality with professional finishes on everything. Everything is heavy duty and not flimsy. my grandchildren vie for using it The fold up feature makes transporting it easy and it easily fits in the alcove at my back door. Highly recommended. pretty cool i ordered 2 or these they both shipped at the same time with the same carrier however apparently not on the same truck one arrived on time and the other 3 days later that being the worst of it. they assembled easily look kinda cool ride is still being assessed seems a little unstable at full speed and seems to pull to the left. some adjustments in tire pressure seemed to address this without under or over inflating them. battery seems to last but have not put it through its paces yet. overall i like it at 18.7 mph its fast for what it is has no problems going from sidewalks to grass and firm sand. one last thing the fixed front basket is a no bueno would be better if it turned with the handlebars now a few weeks later and ihave had a few text conversations with customer service people and they have been more than helpful i connecting me to a link for spare batteries for them which iwould find helpful to have with our age and time spent in the desert ... show more

I don't know what is wrong with this thing put it all together two days later brought it over to my friends to adjust the seat was pushing it up to her carport wasn't even touching the throttle at all was pushing it from behind and only had one hand on The handlebar not the side where the throttle is all of a sudden it took off turned went into the road flipped over on its side the wheel was spinning I ran out there picked it up it stood straight up in the air took off going down the road all by myself stopped tried pressing the button to turn it off by the control panel would not shut off the wheel kept spinning couldn't stop it with the brakes had to literally shut it off by the battery now I'm scared to death of it and then two days later I attempted to ride it to see how it would do and was one street over in my neighborhood and the tire just blows up I have no idea but they are taking care of it I'm just very grateful that I did not get injured or something more serious don't know if the throttle stuck what happened to the thing but I will not get back on it now ... show more

Bought this for my wife goes together easy everything seems built very nice. Only issue feel like it should be stretched. Another two or 3 inches seems cramped. but other than that, we’ve been trying it out on hilly gravel, camping area and so far works great. I really detest the very loud Clank when it shifts gears and how the chain falls off when you hit a bump. I wish the seat tipped backward A little rather than a slight tip forward. It does get up to 18 mph but the front seems to shake a little at the faster speed

I bought this for my husband. The neighborhood where we live is an older community. The ladies all have different E- Trikes, so the males don’t want to have an E-Trikes. However; I bought this trike for my husband, which he ABSOLUTELY LOVES, now the men want their E-Trikes. This Trike takes him all over the neighborhood SEVERAL times a day. Would highly recommend! The E-Trikes is well made, has a nice basket in back, to haul things around and take out the trash. And it is several $$$$$ less than other E-Trikes. ... show more
