Worst hair tool I have purchased!

I have owned T-3 hair dryers and was very happy with them so I purchased this flat iron in September 2024 for $150. Unfortunately it stopped working in less than 4 months! It will not go past the lowest heat setting . I reached out to customer service over a week ago, they told me to submit a warranty claim and I have not heard back. It’s frustrating to spend so much on a hair tool and it not work in such a short time. I regret this purchase and should’ve went with the GHD iron which I previously had and lasted for years! Stay away from this, it’s a piece of junk. I have to spend money purchasing a new flat iron because they are not responsive with correcting this issue and the product is under warranty. ... show more

Works great but not sure it's worth the $150 price tag though considering it is a little difficult to adjust the heat and also whatever the actual flat iron is made of where you hold it is very slick and smooth and has no grip on it so if you have any leftover product on your hands then the flat iron gets tricky and wants to slip out of your hand. Don't get me wrong, my hair looks great and it slid over my hair with no snags but I think I should have got something cheaper considering it slips out of my hand. ... show more

Overpriced for how quickly they quit.

This worked fine, it is a pain to adjust setting.. you have to push very hard to increase the heat setting. It’s odd how hard you have to repeatedly push. It just completely died at the 2 year mark. I’ve never had a flat iron completely die and stop working. This is the priciest one I’ve bought by far, and was the least reliable. The T3 blow dryer I bought at the same time died after not even a year. You can return with a warranty and it’s a huge pain. I won’t be purchasing anymore T3 products. ... show more
