Gaming wise this thing is a small beast however a few notes. My Pro didn't come with the power or USB cable to add in the supposed extra drive. emailed support. no prob. sent the cables in the mail. took i think a week or so. file explorer is slow to start and you cant access bios initially because fast startup is on. so you will need to turn on the hibernate options in command soo that in power plans within control panel will show Fast startup so you can disable it. F2 for bios. Memory config is in chipset,, not advanced. set max memory frequency to the memory frequency listed on your model. mine was 5200. this will set xmp and disable auto frequency. congratulations general purpose is now much faster while here if you like and you are using an external HDD for mass storage. set it in mass storage within bios as Hard drive instead of auto. that will make it faster as well. overall its a great little unit. i use it for heavy gaming and alot of 3d modeling/design work ... show more

I've been wanting to setup a headless workstation that I can run my work software on and just keep running all the time. To do this I use the Parsec software, which allows a remote experience that feels like working on a local computer. To get the high color accuracy and framerates that I need for this Parsec needs to be able to encode the video very quickly as a high resolution. To accomplish this it needs a dedicated GPU. In this case the RTX 4060 in this is just enough to handle the job. I'm able to encode at the max supported colors for Parsec at 120fps with it at 3440x1440 (which is the monitor resolution on my workstation). I added a headless hdmi adapter into the first hdmi port (which is the Nvidia port) and setup Parsec so that it runs at the main login screen, so that I never have to connect a monitor to this. This setup has been working flawlessly and allows me to leave my work software running overnight, put my main desktop (which uses a lot more power) to sleep, and just re-attach to the headless workstation via Parsec each morning. The i9-13900kh in this thing is also very nice and plenty fast for what I need it for. I have a full i9-13900k in my workstation, and the mobile version in this obviously isn't as fast, but I've been pleasantly surprised by the amount of performance that I'm getting out of a 45watt TDP chip. I'm very impressed with this hardware so far. Really the only negative thing I can say about it is that the fan in it tends to surge, where it'll go from inaudible to full speed for a few seconds and then come back down to not being audible. I really wish this thing had an actual fan curve instead of just surging like this. I tried to control the fan speed via software but I was only able to interface with the cpu fan for that, and that doesn't seem to be the culprit. The surges seem to be coming from the GPU fans. I really wish TOPGRO provided some way to set a fan curve for these, but it's not the end of the world. ... show more

I bought this PC to do some light AI image generation and gaming. It does both of these very well! I play Starfield on it without any lag on the highest graphics settings. I can run Automatic1111 for AI image generation in seconds. It’s compact enough to throw into a backpack. Make sure to give it space or it will get hot quickly, I wouldn’t recommend putting this into a small pc cabinet, I tried that it it got so hot I couldn’t hold it. Hard to find a better gaming PC that’s this small for the price! ... show more
