  • Just what I was looking for and at a great price :)
Kids wanted an old-time rope swing down by the water. This rope was exactly what they imagined. Thick, strong, and rustic looking. Perfect for the pressure treated board they used. Price was low too. Overall (including the cost of the 2x8x10 board we cut to size), we have enough material to make 5 swings if we wanted to, and all for under $100. So, 1 swing cost about $20 :) ... show more

  • Best rope out there!
Durable, doesn't stretch much great quality rope.

  • Great for hanging porch swing
I used this 3/4 rope to hang 2 porch swings. It takes 16’ on each side of the swing (32’ per swing) to give you some room for adjusting the height and to allow enough rope to tie knots to hold up the swing. The rope is very sturdy and it is easy to work with. This rope worked great and gave me the look that I wanted. ... show more

  • Great rope
Excellent packaging job. Not only was the rope tied like it is in the picture, it also had a heavy duty plastic around it and that was also tied. Really nice job on the presentation. The rope is exactly what I was looking for, not oily or at least not enough to leave a mark anywhere. Looks perfect for what i needed it for. ... show more

  • 3/4" manila rope
I haven't used the rope yet will use in spring, (have made it ready by whipping and locking the ends to prevent fraying). The 3/4" manila had a stress rating of 900+ lbs., later spring 2019 will be cutting and dropping large white pine on property, pine is leaning so will use rope to assist guiding cuts to drop pine between trees I want to keep. ... show more

  • So far so good!
Appears to do what i need it to do... length is great for attaching to, and guiding trees to be felled...

  • Name one thing you’d need a rope for.
I bought this for my dad. He decided to try out the used one on amazon warehouse deals for a few bucks off, and it was a good decision. It looked brand new, and was wrapped up just like the picture shows. We used it to drag some logs out of our riverbank using his truck. Held up great. It did come loose once when a log got stuck in the side of the hill instead of sliding up it, but the rope did not snap. It was more likely an issue with the clamp we are using. ... show more
