Have not used cookware yet but I’ve had T-fal before so I’m hoping works just as well. I will update after using for awhile. Everything was packaged nice and secure. One pot handle was messed up a little but nothing I can’t live with. Great price!

    • Stupid stickers and copper changes color

Hello! These pots and pans are great so far. Baking soda scrub gets them nice and clean. They work great on our new induction stove. But the manufacturer put these lil numbered stickers on the bottom of each and I’ll be damned if they don’t leave a mark on each one. No matter how I clean it off it leaves a lil shadow of itself behind. Stupid idea, whoever did that. I heated one pan up on high and now the copper is faded/discolored. If it can’t handle high heat why even put it there? So far none of the other pans have done that. But overall they are good. I won’t be returning them but I will certainly bitch plenty about those stupid stickers they applies to the copper bottoms >:/ ... show more

I got these for my mom for Christmas of 2021 and I am reviewing now, one year later on the experience with these pans. I wasn't looking to gift her just any ol' set, I was looking for new pans on the nicer long lasting, these make me proud to have pans! So, we have a gas stove, and the handles get extremely hot no matter the level of heat on the stove. The pans' copper coating on the bottom of the frying pan has already begun to peel about 6 months in. She said she enjoys the set still, and they are much better than her last set that was Paula Deans that she had for years. However she just bought rubber holders for the handles and a new frying pan. I did a lot of research on pans for her as a gift of durability and non scratch and easy to clean. I do like that they do not scratch, and the all metal handle does allow you to put your dish in the oven if you wanted to finish something off with a bake. They work well, but I don't think I would buy for someone again due to the issues. Overall 3 stars. ... show more

I had been looking and comparing brands, prices, and reviews for two years before finally purchasing this set. It was rated the best for a glass or ceramic stove top on tastykitken.com. I was skeptical about buying these pots and pans. I didn’t think T-fal would have a very good stainless steal set, but stand corrected. I absolutely love these pots and pans. First, I didn’t lose the number of pots and pans I had before purchasing this set. I actually acquired a 12inch covered fry pan, which in my search usually has to be purchased separately and cost anywhere from 50-80 depending on the brand. Second, the price was unbeatable. Again I didn’t loose any pots or pans and got it all at unbelievable price of 149.76. Great deal. These pots and pans are very heavy duty. With all that weight the handles are very secure and can support the pan. Someone stated in another review that their are seams where the copper and stainless steal were conjoined. This is true, but my nail can not get into or between the seam. I believe it will be able to withstand the use. I haven’t noticed any gapping with use. No warping either. They still sit as flat and the day I received them. I have cooked in these pots and pans several times. Everything from eggs, meat, to potatoes. It is a learning curve on cooking. You have to use lots of butter of oil if not things will stick. These are stainless pots and pans they have to be washed and dried immediately or they can rust or tarnish. If you are someone that cooks something and let’s your pan sit in sink for two days, these are not the pans for you. I would also suggest not putting them into the dish washer. Depending on how you load your dishwasher or how things sit in your dishwasher, water can stand on dishes making them rust. After cooking certain foods they can stain the pans, even with elbow grease it can be hard to clean. After boiling things water marks can be left on the bottoms. For these issues some bar keeper friend cookwear cleanser and polish powder can also be purchased on amazon. A teaspoon of this power rubbed on your pot or pan will remove any stain, water mark, or burnt food left behind effortlessly. These pots and pans look great and are a great addition to the kitchen. I don’t have to worry about the utensils I use. I don’t have to worry about the teflon no stick bottom coming off in my food, or the rust in the scratches. I won’t have to replace them in a few years. A little more work in the cleaning and maintenance area but worth the quality. ... show more

Overall the pots and pans are holding up rather well, except that the copper on the bottom of the pans appears to only have been painted on, as it started wearing off after a few uses, and has on the most used pan disappeared almost completely. I expected the measuring etching on the inside to wear off over time due to use and the dishwasher, but for the copper to wash off. After reading some of the reviews I was a little skeptical but these are great! They are a nice weight and the copper bottoms distribute the heat evenly. To address some of the negative comments - The sticky label on each piece was annoying but the hairdryer method (YouTube) for removal worked well. The handles do get hot like any pan with metal handles - use hot pads. The copper bottoms will discolor with use like any other copper bottom pans. The photo is of one of the large pots that I’ve used 5 or 6 times on my gas stove and the copper still looks shiny & new. I really like the vented glass lids and the metal vegetable steamer is a nice bonus. I’m very happy with this purchase. ... show more
